Impeccable hosting and follow-up from our hosts! As if we were at home! The place is perfect! You're all set! The outside with the pool and pétanque court was excellent! What about the movie room? A pleasure to be able to disconnect for a weekend with friends in the little haven of peace! Thank you for everything Jérôme and Alix!

The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

We had a fantastic time at Sophia's. The house is wonderful and even with five of us, we never felt cramped. Everything is available and we were even able to use the pool in April. Sophia was super accessible and helped us with everything immediately. Just good!!! The walking distance to the train station and thus to Paris is perfect and the small bakery on the way gave us a wonderful breakfast every day. Thanks again here too. 😊

We had a lovely stay, a great space, great location, super accommodating and helpful. Could do with a few homely touches in terms of soft furnishings and decor if I’m being super critical but would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay and Thibault was a super host. The house was perfect for our families with young children. The photos don’t do justice to the setting. The garden is lovely and backs onto a beautiful forest. We had thought that the pool was indoor but the housing retracts. There were also plenty of comfortable deck chairs/loungers for relaxing by the pool. The house is very spacious and comfortably fit 6 adults, 6 children and an infant. There were toys and games that the kids enjoyed. The table tennis table and trampoline were in great condition. Kids overall had a great time. There’s a decent corner shop 5 minutes walk from the house along with a playground. We had a great time, thanks so much!

Wonderful stay, the house is very warm, Corinne is there to make us feel comfortable and we feel at home. Very friendly house layout. Lots of space, the barbecue is great even in the middle of winter, looking forward to returning in the summer. Thank you Corinne for your hospitality and kindness.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Super friendly landlord who always responds quickly. The neighbors are also very friendly. The studio is very close to metro line 7 and is therefore great for arrival at Gare de l'Est and you can reach a lot of sights without changing trains.

We had a wonderful stay in Martine's little haven of peace. The house is absolutely lovely, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to thoughtful amenities. Martine was an attentive and welcoming host, always available to answer our questions and advise us on the best places in the area. The location, quiet and pleasant, allowed us to fully recharge. My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

in fact , we have nothing to say lol ..except that it was perfect, the accommodation is GREAT, cleanliness ++, beautiful SUPER nice garden, dishes accordingly, good bedding, charming and welcoming hosts as well as Maria who welcomed us. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. the owners trusted us, we thank them.

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!
