Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde...
