Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location made all of the local attractions such as the zoo, Pike’s Peak or Bust rodeo, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Broadmoor, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The home was sparkling clean and offered every imaginable amenity from games to a projection room to upgraded appliances. Expectations and instructions for everything in the home were clearly communicated which I appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next year during the rodeo!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

House was roomy! 6 adults, 2 teenagers, a younger child, and two dogs all had plenty of room to spread out and relax! Great location within 10 miles of most attractions and only an hour away from white water rafting and Royal Gorge.

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!

The place was very cute and perfect getaway for us. Our dog had the best time running in the yard chasing squirrels. definitely would recommend.

We felt right at home. It was wonderful to come home to a cozy backyard and hot tub after a day of touring.

This little rental met all expectations and more! The view and beautiful garden property are worth it all, and overall it was an extremely comfortable home to stay. Bonuses were the kids toys', spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers to settle in, mountain air through open windows and very comfy beds to sleep. The bathroom was a bit small, but water pressure and towels were plentiful. It feels like you're in on a secret, as this little oasis is hard to believe, and tucked away in the middle of the city. Loved it!

One of the best host ever! Very sweet, and responsive. If you are traveling with pets , the yard was perfect! Cherry on top is the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking and exploring. Definitely recommend this stay! Again thank you for hosting us.❤️

What a great place to stay! Sharon was so welcoming and helpful with hosting our family. She had the pack n’ play all set up when we got there. We even got there late and she was super accommodating with helping us get into the house. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location in peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Open Space behind house with lots of trees and a gravel short walking path. Beautiful view from Kitchen and Living Area. There are two flights of stairs to get to top floor. The kids had a blast w the Arcade games, board games and Large TV. Cozy roof top deck for 4 and very private the way it’s set up. Home was spotless. Inviting and cozy. Only 10 min drive to get to grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to highway and Mountains. Pet friendly. No fenced yard but easy walking trail w your dog right from back sliding window doors. We definitely will book this beautiful home again next time we are in town. Nathan was quick to respond which was appreciated!

This was a great spot to stay, the home was more than enough for my needs with a very comfortable bed and couch! I'd gladly stay here again when I visit next time.

The stay at Rolf’s home was outstanding! It was super clean, and very comfortable. And Rolf was super responsive to questions and general coordination. Also, the access to the trail/nature area behind the house was a big plus, such a pretty spot. But, it was the view from the deck that really made our stay. Watching the sun set on the Rockies from the deck is pretty epic.

Stephen was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean and the fenced in yard was nice for our dogs. Plenty of room for our family. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Reid’s place! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotless, with clean, well-maintained amenities, and it had plenty of space for our family of six to spread out comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again!

Andrew’s house worked great for my party of six to stay while we attended MIAA Nationals in Pueblo. Very easy check in check out process. The house is far enough out to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to watch Colorado Springs has to offer!!!
