Very nice home. Everything was exceptionally clean. Much appreciated the pack n play for toddler to sleep in (we bring a comfy mattress pad from Amazon for the pack n play) so not having to pack the actual bed in the car to travel is always a plus. Loved the Ninja coffee maker. Great dining room to enjoy a family meal. Fenced backyard to let the grands and pup Stella to play in was fun. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Linda’s Place truly was like showing up to Grandma’s house. The home is so cozy and sweet. Lots of amenities for kids and pets. Well stocked. Good instructions for everything you can think of. Very responsive host. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again without question.

Absolutely gorgeous loft with plenty of space to relax. Right in the heart of downtown Auburn but still close enough to Fort Wayne for quick trip down. The coffee shop (also run by the host) downstairs was a great start to our morning and the host very nicely asked our kids which cupcakes they thought she should make for Cupcake Thursday. The coffee, cupcakes, and our stay were all 5 stars. We will definitely return here next time we’re back in town.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and it did not disappoint from previous visit! The home is like something out of a storybook. It's quaint, beautiful and private. Patrick was very responsive and was such a hospitable host. It's the little things he does that he doesn't have to do that makes this place such a wonderful place stay! We will definitely be back for a 3rd visit some time in the future! Thanks Patrick!!

I tried making the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, two nieces, and their dog, to look forward to staying with me when they come back home to Fort Wayne for visits. Everything you would want to feel at home is provided. Amazon Prime TV with Netflix, board games, interesting books, Alexa for music, fully stocked spice cabinet, and original local art work!

If you ever visit Huntington Indiana, come during the Heritage Days celebration where the days and nights are filled with activities, and stay with Barb and Brooks at the Purviance House! Beautiful and historic are just two of the obvious reasons to stay! Barb was always responsive and proactive in ensuring I had what I needed. She accommodated my dietary needs and was a pleasure to chat with while I ate my delicious, homemade breakfasts. I stayed in a spacious and immaculate room with a view of the magnificent courthouse. Two accommodations that pleasantly surprised this traveler, were cold bottled water available 24/7 and a streaming TV! And if you're lucky, Brooks will let you borrow a bike to explore the beauty of Huntington in a unique way (like I did)!! If I have the pleasure of visiting Huntington again, I will not hesitate to book the Purviance House! It would be a pleasure to enjoy another stay with people I now consider, my friends!

After multiple delayed flights I arrived close to midnight and Barb welcomed me at the door. She offered to fix me food without hesitation, and went out of her way to feel at home. My suite was beautiful and very comfortable. One of a kind and a must stay! I am never staying anywhere else.

Had some really bad travel delays but Beth and Tony were so accommodating and understanding. Their communication and service was amazing. Apartment was just as described, and less than 5 minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay again!
