We really enjoyed our visit to Midland and our stay in this beautiful home. There was adequate space for everyone and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The backyard was a tranquil oasis we loved!!!! We will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

Joshua and Laura were amazing hosts and extremely helpful when we need anything or had questions about the area. I would recommend there house to anyone who visits the fort Stockton area for work or vacation.

It was a nice place, just be aware that it is right next to the highway and some train tracks, which created quite a bit of noise throughout the night.

We enjoyed our stay at Ernie's place! The backyard space was especially relaxing and we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway to Marfa.

The staff at El Cosmico is AMAZING. (Shout out to Arlene and Mimi!) I wound up leaving for my trip later than expected, and was able to book an extra night on the road over the phone. A few hours into my journey I received a call and was told I would be upgraded to a trailer because of an issue with the heater in the tipi. Originally I was a lil bummed because I was looking forward to the tipi experience, but the trailer was AWESOME. The Spartan Manor (no 11) was super cute and cozy with plenty of warm bedding and modern conveniences. The outdoor shower worked and had hot water. I highly recommend you take advantage of the Dutch tubs if available, totally worth it! I forgot a suit but made it work, you’ll figure it out. The only thing I would mention is that anyone looking to stay during the winter needs to be aware that these are vintage trailers and they’re drafty. (The desert gets cold and it was below freezing a couple of nights.) It’s part of the experience, just be prepared.✨

First time Visiting Marfa. This home was the most COZY and relaxing place EVER. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Super clean, comfortable beds, friendly host. This is my dream home. Such a lovely place to stay in Marfa. It was in walking distance to absolutely everything. It was also spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend booking this spot if it’s available.

She was very responsive to our questions and also she allowed us to check in earlier that really helped us.

When we travel, we have to have a full kitchen due to dietary restrictions---it's nearly impossible for us to eat at restaurants, so I was excited to have a full kitchen! Sometimes you can only get a full kitchen in a larger place, and it's just the 2 of us, so that was a plus. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private courtyard, and enjoyed a glass of wine by the firepit and watching the stars come out. The house is conveniently located, so easy to find, and easy to get back to after exploring! Alpine was the perfect hub for us, allowing us to explore Ft. Davis, Marfa, and Big Bend over our 3 days there. Also, the temperature ranged from about 32 to almost 85 while we were there, but we were able to keep the house comfortable. Fluffy towels, plush resort style robes, and good beds made for a great stay. And the chilled beer mugs in the freezer were a lovely surprise! We'd stay again!

If you’re going to Marfa, you MUST stay here! So clean, convenient and comfortable. The views, the skies- very much enhanced our visit to Marfa! Loved it!

April was wonderful & helpful when asking about Alpine. Had a great time. Place was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. It was close to downtown. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.

Great spot! The location was great - very quiet and peaceful. The unit was very nicely furnished, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was very walkable to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

Came to Marfa with a group of friends for a wedding and had a wonderful stay here! Each room was clean and exactly as described. We didn't do much cooking but enjoyed being able to make coffee. Some of us arrived in Marfa earlier than expected and management was able to let us check in a couple hours early, which we really appreciated. If we're back in town, would definitely stay here again!

Was wonderful staying at Madeleine’s wonderful home!! It is extremely spacious and charming! It is so private, beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of it! Would love to stay again! :)

This place is an incredible place to stay in Marfa. Close enough to town to ride your bike in (10 min bike ride to downtown) but far enough out that the stars were on full display- something you just can’t get when you’re in town. The house is exactly as described- spacious, comfortable, stylish, clean and plenty of space. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay! Super responsive and friendly team when we had any requests/questions. The home is very clean - perfect for family stay. Very easy to reach mall & restaurants & Stonehenge/Uni. etc. Highly recommend. Flexible when we asked for an extra night.
