We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

The place was spacious and in a fabulous location. Our favorite room was the outside patio on the second floor to watch the sunset. It suited all of our needs. Very walkable to 3 different playgrounds, the beach and restaurants. We reserved it again for next year!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Nice quiet neighborhood house worked great for what we needed. Close to beach and great restaurants

We loved our stay at Cliff’s house — to be in Florida tucked away near a state park and surfing beach was perfect for our family. The house was well equipped and comfortable and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach. We saw lots of lizards, manatees at a nearby park, and even an armadillo. We kept saying “how lucky is he to live here and for us to get to visit” all week.

Matt and Amy”s place was perfect for our family. They were friendly and in constant communication with us. The description was spot on and even nicer in person. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It was more than expected. We needed nothing, the home had it all and more. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. One of the best Airbnb‘s, we stayed in. I went to celebrate my birthday and Lisa left a very special wine glass and a bottle of wine for us, which made my day! Lisa is very friendly, helpful with checking in and out, we were able to get in earlier and leave a bit later. The townhouse has everything you might need and more, tons of stuff for kiddos. Beach supplies, chairs including towels and bug sprays, tons of board games and puzzles. The beach is super close so you can walk and enjoy the outdoors. We will be back!

Amazing place right on the beach. Peaceful and quiet. Clean home with everything we needed while we were there. While it is a condo the complex isn’t large making it feel like you have the beach to yourself

We loved our stay at this house! It was so nice and roomy. The pool was SPECTACULAR. The pictures of the home don’t even do it justice. Eddie was quick to message us back and help us with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our family.

The home was even more than we expected. It was spacious and welcoming. Nice wide screen tv in the family room with comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful!!! Thank you so much for heating the pool. It was great for evening swimming and large enough to get some needed laps in for a workout. We loved being able to park our car in the garage, leaving room for dinner guest to park in the driveway. We loved the way the kitchen, dining area and family room were all open enabling us to enjoy our family while cooking. The large dining room table was a plus. The separate area for making coffee was also nice and out of the way from our family cooks. Great pantry also and perfect washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again when we are in the area. We hope that we kept the home nice enough to meet your expectations.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Carmen was an incredibly considerate host and the condo itself is so carefully and beautifully designed with so many spaces to relax and enjoy. The area itself is quiet and very private - we loved that our kids could make themselves at home both in the house and on the beach any time of day. At the same time, a 10 minute drive took us to a lovely German cafe and 10 minutes further we were in downtown Melbourne Beach. All in all a wonderful trip and a truly lovely place to stay!

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday, and it was fantastic! The space fit us perfectly, the kitchen had everything I needed to make a MASSIVE birthday dinner, the bed was comfy and it was just a very nice, private and peaceful place to be. It was also just across from a Publix, so very convenient! There were convenient charging ports and stations too, which I appreciated! A wide variety of games and movies to watch, which we only browsed through because we were too busy checking out the area. The hosts sent us great recommendations, so we went to the beach, went horseback riding, ate at Crawdaddys, it was fantastic. I loved it so much and I would be happy to go back again!

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

This is place is one of the best one I have stayed in. Wish I could have stayed longer. The Master Bedroom mattress was one of the Best I have slept in. Master bathroom was pretty big. GREAT PLACE. REALLY RECIME IT.

Our stay here was memorable. The location is perfect-walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the neighborhood. The yard at the cottage is fenced in so my little guy could run around and chase lizards freely. The cottage itself had all the necessary items you would find yourself needing for a few days near the beach. The items you would need to make a few meals for yourself. And the ability to do laundry is so useful, especially with kiddos. There were toys and puzzles for my kiddo too! The cottage reminded me of camping when I was a kid. Nothing fancy, just what you needed. We would definitely recommend this space!

This has been our second home the last 2 years - a wonderful respite from the cold and snow of the north. Jeremiah is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The house has all that you need for an extended stay with comfortable beds and a cosy loving room. The water view can’t be beat!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Beautiful house, immaculate furnishings. The garden and the peace and quiet are incredibly beautiful and pleasant. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings. The beds are very comfortable.

Really can not say enough about how wonderful the home was. I did not need to cook but everything you could need was in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, hot water lasted, easy check in/out. Clear instructions. Beautiful and well maintained.

Ideal family vacation home with large kitchen and dining areas. Spacious rooms and baths add to the comfort! Awesome porch and back patio sitting with comfy chairs! Well kept, clean, tastefully decorated!! Location is very private and nearby dining, beaches, shopping all within a few miles drive. We have stayed 2X and plan to return.
