American realty made our stay the most pleasant experience.

Excellent House, convenient location, warm hosts, great pick. The house was easy to locate and check into. Everything was clean and supplies were enough to last our stay. The pool was excellent, heated and appropriate. The backyard space in the pool space was so well utilized, with all the supplies that one can think of. Beds were comfortable in bathrooms were adequate. Will surely keep this house as a priority for our next vacation.

We had a great week in the house. The location was perfect and we would definitely book this house again.

Sunset Captiva is our favorite spot to stay on the island. Easy access to beach, pool, tennis/pickleball, marina, and restaurants. Residence was very nice, typical of all the homes in this area.

Great place! Comfortable and clean and close to the beach and town. My son loved the media room on the second floor and we loved the kitchen and deck areas.

We had a little mini getaway and this home was perfect! The home was beautiful! The kids loved the pool and outside Tv. Beach was a 4 min. Drive. When in Naples this is the perfect home away from home!

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Had such a great stay. The house was super comfortable and had all the touches of home—from cozy surroundings to thoughtful amenities, even in the bathrooms, which really made it nice. My (grown) kids ❤️ and I had the best time—short walk to the beach, ( full beach gear available) and the pool was perfect to come back to and unwind. The owners were super responsive to any requests we had, which made the whole experience even better. We packed in a lot of fun and laughs, and this place made it all easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

This place was great , extremely relaxing and peaceful. Beaches and beautiful homes all around. The house had all we needed for the beach! Kathy was extremely nice and very easy to reach out to incase we needed something! Thank you so much!!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze.

Truly amazing location, perfect for family trips, we found the place with an AC problem and they quickly responded to it, they could not fix it right away,, because it was a Holiday but they brought a temp unit that partially offset the heat issue.

Andy was very responsive, really nice! Place was absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Loved the amenities, place was very clean as well! Will definitely be staying again in the future!

We loved our short but amazing stay here. Plenty of space for us and felt at home. The place was extremely well decorated and the landscape was beautiful. The host always were responsive and very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Naples! The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space next to the pool. We spent a lot of time out there - it was peaceful, relaxing, and the pool was so much fun. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s actually the first Airbnb we’ve stayed at that had good kitchen knives - such a nice surprise! There’s also a bunch of beach gear available and even four bikes, which were perfect for riding to the beach. You can also walk there; it's not a long distance at all. The location is honestly my favorite in Naples. It’s super convenient - close to all the grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. Plus, Mercato is nearby with lots of shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

I highly recommend this house great location close to the beach and great restaurants. Place was brand new, super clean and we really enjoyed the pool. The hosts were super responsive.

Stayed here with our family and another family for Memorial Day weekend for a local getaway from miami. The house was in excellent condition and the property managers are extremely thoughtful. The house has everything you could ask for and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and tools to cook anything. We used the heated pool - which the kids loved - and my husband was obsessed with the cold plunge. The house is also pet friendly and has a great little relief area out back. Overall loved the place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet vacation. We didn’t think it was quite walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach but there is a local golf cart shuttle that’ll take you to and from for a small fee.

The home is beautiful, the grounds incredibly curated, and the pool was pristine and soothing. The kitchen was particularly well appointed, and for those of us who enjoy entertaining and/or cooking, it was a chef's kitchen. We have already committed to return next year..for a longer stay! The place has an excellent location, the host is very professional, the house is impeccable and there is a very good mosquito net to enjoy the terrace at any time, the beach is nearby as well as the restaurants, we loved it!!
