An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. As usual my stay at the SeaRiver house was fantastic. It is by far my favorite place to stay on the north coast . Had amazingly clear weather the first 2 days and nights. The views are unparalleled from the home. I also was able to star gaze the first 2 nights - highly recommend doing this if you are lucky to have a clear night. Peter is an extraordinary host that goes above and beyond if there are any little glitches. 5 stars hardly tells the story of this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Jen's place was absolutely wonderful. We've stayed in many airbnb's & this is our favorite. The views are literally jaw dropping. The listing pictures are beautiful but don't even do justice to the views. Her home was very comfortable with great linen blend comforters, soft cotton/flannel sheets. The hot tub heats up well to a perfect temperature with an exterior door right beside to the shower. The master bath had wonderful rose scented lotion that I already found online & had some sent to myself! We enjoyed open windows listening to the waves crash below. The full kitchen was well appointed with everything including a hand written pancake recipe on the inside pantry wall & waffle iron as nice touches. Did I mention the views of the ocean from the kitchen too while cooking?! So quiet, peaceful and lots of natural light with all the winows. We enjoyed the wood stove as well. We hope to be back ! This is an extremely peaceful, quiet, and comfortable home. We enjoyed visiting as a family of four with two teenagers. The location is beautiful. Mendocino is a short drive away, and there's a 5-minute walk to the beach. A great place to stay!

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

We will have to come back here. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed out. Wonderful home, feels like a warm castle & beautiful walkable surroundings with ocean views.

Our stay at Leona's place was special! Leona and Toby welcomed us warmly and made sure we were set up with a fire in our cozy cabin. The place was comfortable and adequately equipped with epic views out every window. Our cabin was beautifully situated on a stunning parcel of preserved Redwood forest, with meadowlands and a picturesque pond with migrating geese. It was a real treat to spend some time with Leona and Toby, learning about them, their deep wisdom and local lore. Knowing that the cabin we stayed in and other structures on the property had been designed and built by Leona made this stay all the more magical and inspiring. We hope to visit Leona Lane again soon! Thank you again!

We loved The Roost. It is such a cute little spot tucked away in the woods with very, very little light pollution. We were able to stargaze from the balcony patio on my birthday and it was just a lovely time. My favorite feature of the space was the fireplace, Amy had lots of wood and kindling prepared for us . 10/10

Amazing location right by the lakeside and a beautiful well-equipped house. We could see ducks and swans coming out of the water onto the backyard right from the dining table! Would love to come here again. Thanks for being a great host, Barbara.

We recommend this airbnb! I have been traveling pretty regularly for the past 12 years for my job... hotel after hotel. This time I decided to book my own lodging as my husband and baby were tagging along...and this airbnb could have been any more of a perfect match for what I was looking for! The views are beautiful as is the airbnb itself. Tons of windows and skylights create beautiful natural light. The interior has a beautiful wooden cabin feel. The choice of decor is nautical, very interesting provides the warmth of being at a familar home. There is Cooks Beach just a 3 minute drive (great coffee shop in that area) and the center of town is also a 3 minutes drive the opposite direction. Mike has included a variety of board games to be used. Internet was strong and we both had phone service the entire time (AT&T and Verizon). This property was so perfect that my husband and I began to discuss buying something similar down the road. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks Mike!

Mike's place was everything we were expecting and more! We were granted an early check-in as we had to attend a wedding hours after arriving and Mike's place couldn't have been easier to settle into and get going. Everything in this house is very thoughtfully done and blew us away! Location is stunning and very private and also very close to town + wineries / restaurants all around. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

The house was amazing. It was perfect as described and such an amazing find. We were so lucky to be able to stay in Christina's home. The location was also amazing as it is right on dry creek road and close to both downtown and all the wineries. Christina was incredible and super responsive. She really wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. I wish we could have stayed longer.

this is the second time I've come to the Cinderella house. I love the privacy and expanse of space. The path to the beach is my favorite thing as well as the fabulous views of both the ocean and Big River. The house is very comfortable too! Will definitely be back!

Lisa is an absolute five star host. She was kind in proactively sending us the instructions to her property, house rules and checkout instructions (all were very simple!). The property is a true gem. On the cliff, with a fabulous view and so private and relaxing. There is a market that is small but full of necessities near by that sell tasty sandwiches as well, which was a plus (we forgot to bring a few things!). Not too far from SF. I would love to return.

Alison's place was very comfortable and she was very responsive throughout the day. The loft upstairs is like from a fairly tale. The living room downstairs has a large window that lets in lots of sunlight making it warm and bright, lovely place to curl up and read a book. The bathrooms are large, only the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are several hikes within 5 mile driving distance from the house.
