Great apartment! Our group all felt like we would be comfortable living there. Good clean space, clean, good amenities and comfy furniture. You cannot beat the location. We could walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do! Perfect for our weekend trip, I would choose it again.

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

We loved all the thought out touches put into the place— just a lovely, elegant set up. Lots of perks- snacks, coffee selection, soft robes…. Flexible in our arrival time. Lots of helpful notes around to address any questions we might have, re cooler, fans, etc…. This hostess went all out to make the experience a real step above many other places we have stayed- thank you!

A magical Mendocino stay. My family and I always enjoy our time in this cute seaside village. Delightful views and great location to explore the area and trails.

We felt fortunate to stay at this lovely flat in the center of picturesque Mendocino. Such a small town with an impressive array of restaurants and shops. From this lovely flat we could hike a 3.6 mile trail loop that took us along the Mendocino Highlands trail, one of the most scenic hikes I have ever taken. The flat itself was well-furnished and comfortable. As I confirmed insomniac, I slept well both nights on the very comfortable bed. When you first enter, I would suggest you use your cell phone or some other light to see the numbers on the key lockbox.

Great location and cozy spot for a quick getaway. Taitana is a very responsive host and sweet. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay near Elk, CA. The view from the space to the ocean is amazing. I sat at the table and worked each day while looking out at the ocean. Drove to town but could have easily walked within 5 minutes or so, and from there a easy walk down to the beach. Overall a great stay

The hosts were very responsive right from the get go. They checked in on us and made our stay comfortable. The location is close to everything - 5 mins drive to downtown mendocino. Loved the proximity to all great places. The apartment itself is well maintained though a tad small. However it’s good for a short stay! The check out was fuss free - and unlike most Airbnbs didn’t have a long list of things to do. Great vacation.

Kerry’s place is in an awesome location for a peaceful getaway! Space was very comfortable, views were beautiful, Kerry was a responsive host. We were happy to have a microwave, Keurig, and electric teakettle- did not miss having a kitchenette! We are already talking about our next stay!

Conveniently located, the apartment met our needs well. It can be a bit noisy until later in the evening but overall it wasn’t too bad. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The host was clear in her communication and quick to answer questions. If you plan to ride on the Skunk train, the location is ideal.

The location (overlooking the ocean) of this property was beautiful. Sitting in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Note: Not specific to this space, but always make sure to check the fridge before leaving after checking out. We accidentally left some nice beers behind (totally our fault, of course).

We had a nice stay at this apartment. Thanks to John's review we knew not to be put off by the entry experience. As others have noted, once inside, we were happy with the apartment. It was clean and comfortable and Heather was very responsive with detailed, clear entry instructions. Parking was easy and the location was excellent for walking around the Downtown and adjacent neighborhood. Shout out to nearby Black Oak Coffee and good traditional brunch at Stan's Maple.

Heidi's place was PERFECT! Just what I needed for a little solo getaway. The studio is a perfect space to retreat to after a day on the ocean or exploring downtown Mendocino. The 2nd floor deck is where I spent the majority of my time with either coffee or wine and a book. Will definitely be back!

Location, location, location! This apartment is smack dab in the middle of downtown. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants, Skink Train, all the shops, etc. Included is a nice supply of ear plugs for light sleepers, because there is some street noise, but I’m a deep sleeper and it wasn’t a problem for me at all. I will stay there again.
