An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

Lovely stay in Elk. Beautiful area to rest and relax. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place being fully stocked.

As usual my stay at the SeaRiver house was fantastic. It is by far my favorite place to stay on the north coast . Had amazingly clear weather the first 2 days and nights. The views are unparalleled from the home. I also was able to star gaze the first 2 nights - highly recommend doing this if you are lucky to have a clear night. Peter is an extraordinary host that goes above and beyond if there are any little glitches. 5 stars hardly tells the story of this home.

Joanna’s house was a wonderful place to stay with our family. The view is amazing, even better than the pictures, we were content to just sit and relax looking out at the ocean for most of the time. The yard was great for our dog to run around in, and the nearby beach was really fun to explore as well. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great Views, great place. Beach is amazing. Loved the stay and would recommend it. Well stocked kitchen with cast iron pans that are so much better than the usual rental scratched non-stick pans you find in other places. Just missing an ice cream scoop. Some of the linens were scratchy. I think they were microfiber which were once super soft but when washed repeatedly the synthetic fibers break and become scratchy. The bedding in the TV room we had to stash in the downstairs closet because of the obnoxious smell. I feel like the cleaning service must have spilled a bottle of Febreeze in the wash or something. The hot tub was hot and had a great view. Everything worked and was clean. The rental book was very detailed with directions, how to access the beach and use things with the exception of the downstairs TV which had a baffling smart TV like none I’ve ever used. The upstairs Roku TV worked great. The house was easy to keep a comfortable temp. As far as rental go this

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

We will have to come back here. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed out. Wonderful home, feels like a warm castle & beautiful walkable surroundings with ocean views.

We recommend this airbnb! I have been traveling pretty regularly for the past 12 years for my job... hotel after hotel. This time I decided to book my own lodging as my husband and baby were tagging along...and this airbnb could have been any more of a perfect match for what I was looking for! The views are beautiful as is the airbnb itself. Tons of windows and skylights create beautiful natural light. The interior has a beautiful wooden cabin feel. The choice of decor is nautical, very interesting provides the warmth of being at a familar home. There is Cooks Beach just a 3 minute drive (great coffee shop in that area) and the center of town is also a 3 minutes drive the opposite direction. Mike has included a variety of board games to be used. Internet was strong and we both had phone service the entire time (AT&T and Verizon). This property was so perfect that my husband and I began to discuss buying something similar down the road. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks Mike!

Our stay at Leona's place was special! Leona and Toby welcomed us warmly and made sure we were set up with a fire in our cozy cabin. The place was comfortable and adequately equipped with epic views out every window. Our cabin was beautifully situated on a stunning parcel of preserved Redwood forest, with meadowlands and a picturesque pond with migrating geese. It was a real treat to spend some time with Leona and Toby, learning about them, their deep wisdom and local lore. Knowing that the cabin we stayed in and other structures on the property had been designed and built by Leona made this stay all the more magical and inspiring. We hope to visit Leona Lane again soon! Thank you again!

We were thrilled to find Dan's Cove Cottage on AirBnB. My husband grew up camping at the Wages Creek campground with his grandparents every summer in the 1960s-70s. We brought our own children to camp there when they were little. Now that we're older, it was wonderful to experience the matchless beauty of this beach with every comfort thoughtfully provided for, and every glorious view framed by a window. There is even a telescope! The wood stove was very easy to use, with everything provided, including excellent instructions, but the heating system is state of the art and the fire is more for the coziness and glow than warmth (but remember to turn the heating system down if there's no fog). I particularly liked the variety of pillows available,Dan went out of his way to make sure we knew everything we needed to know beforehand, such as directions, where to shop for groceries, exactly how to access the keys, etc. When cell coverage is spotty, this is a great help to print out and bring.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. this is the second time I've come to the Cinderella house. I love the privacy and expanse of space. The path to the beach is my favorite thing as well as the fabulous views of both the ocean and Big River. The house is very comfortable too! Will definitely be back!

Alison's place was very comfortable and she was very responsive throughout the day. The loft upstairs is like from a fairly tale. The living room downstairs has a large window that lets in lots of sunlight making it warm and bright, lovely place to curl up and read a book. The bathrooms are large, only the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are several hikes within 5 mile driving distance from the house.

We were a party of 7: 5 adults, 2 children, 3 generations. Everyone enjoyed the place. It was a short walk to the Anchor Bay Campground beach as well as a short drive to other beaches. The house was comfortable and furnished well. We enjoyed the selection of games and the hot tub. We all agreed that we would rebook in the future. Kitchen was well furnished. There were blankets in case someone was chilly. Beach towels were furnished. Hot Tub worked for 4 adults. Any questions we had were quickly answered, including where the pillows and comforters were from...we all wanted to know.

Unique and cozy cabin with unbeatable views. I loved sitting at the table in the sunroom every morning with my coffee and just watching the waves crash in. Super close to Gualala, which has restaurants, supermarkets, gas, and all that good stuff.

Great stay in wine country. Cloverdale is very cute and not crowded. They also have a fun street fair right down the block on Fridays in the summer. The house is a super cool updated historical house. It was a great size for our family of 4 and another couple who came with us. Highly recommend

Katrina's home is the most peaceful and serene get away. It was perfect for our anniversary trip. The hot tub made the trip for sure plus the heated bathroom floors. The home is tucked away in the woods and is so private. Thank you so so much! :)
