We enjoyed our stay. The unit smells good, clean and felt like home away from home. The boys were able to keep themselves busy with the board games. 🙂 Ms. Tess was super accommodating, friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend not just the place but Ms. Tess as well. 😊

Condo very clean and comfortable. Superb location for entry to all BGC has to offer- which is a lot. Could get my daily 10,000 steps in easily with shade to rest or to get a cool beverage. Very safe and friendly area. Many expats from various countries. We stayed here because our home in Ayala Alabang wasn’t quite ready for move in but would happily stay here again if needed a place for short term. Be sure to water the plants.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! Peiny was so easy to communicate with. She is very polite, helpful and would help above and beyond. We couldn't ask for a better host. She accommodated us 100% and listen to our needs. The house was lovely, very near on common places such as markets and mall. The subdivision was private and guarded. We're able to had our morning walk and exercise outside as it is a safe place to do so. The airbnb is spacious, a lot of things to do inside, our favorite place was the KTV room. We didn't have any major issues within our 3 days stay and we will return. Thank you!

Amazing place, cozy & relaxing. Very clean & well maintained. Kitchen is nice & organized with complete electrical appliances , set of utensils , lots of plates & cooking wares(pans & pots) . NO insects or cockroaches. Electrical plug is placed near the kitchen appliances. Galon of distilled water for drinking is provided free. Living room is spotless white with touch of modern victorian design . There are netflix tv & Videoke . Garden is lovely . You can relax & enjoy at the jacuzzi. We had a great stay at this place. Great place to unwind with family & friends without leaving the city.
