Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fort Bend County

Our children loved the Mario theme! Felt like home. We even got to enjoy the pool a bit. Host was awesome and very communicative.

Positive: very beautiful apartment (one bed/one bath) with east facing balcony. Looks very clean and organized. Lots of information (home rules, how to avoid your vehicle from being towed [stressful], park in the garage (away from the elements), very comfortable king size bed (I want one in my room), love the window shades, love the blue couch, love the kitchen area, residents are nice and patient when driving in the dark garage, and well designed decor and very responsive. Negative: Long way from the garage to the end of the hall (like about 200 feet) - bad for bringing lots of stuff; when tired, (there is another 4th floor on the other side so I haven't tried it if it shorter or not) it is hard to find the lock box initially, take some time for the gate to open when exiting, dark garage when going up to the fourth floor, no table or chair to sit outside the balcony (it would be nice - not a game changer though), and knocking sound when using the bathroom (I think it is the pipes).

Beautiful place, my daughter and I really enjoyed the our stay. We felt right at home. And the Host was very attentive & responded fast. Would hundred percent stay again. Thanks

Beverly is an exceptional host. From day one, she was incredibly supportive and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Her apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials a traveler could ask for. She went above and beyond by offering me complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality throughout. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in Katy, Texas. Close to every thing we needed. Very clean location. Loved having the backyard for our two dogs. Quiet and private area. We would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great experience during my stay. The home was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of room and very accommodating for a disabled family member. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s also close to restaurants and shops. The host was very pleasant and responded promptly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The house is beautiful just like the pictures. The house was very spacious and had a lot of amenities. The location was ideal because you can take walks around the lake and felt very safe.

We were in town for my sister's graduation and we ranged from 60 to 2 in age and there was something for each of us to enjoy. The space was amazing, the location was perfect. It was literally 15-20 minutes from everything we had planned for the weekend. My children lived in the pool, my 11yr old wouldn't stay off the basketball court. The grill and deck were perfect for after the graduation ceremony. We are already in the talks of when we will be booking this Airbnb again!!! Thank you for making this trip so memorial and special!!

Booked last minute for an unexpected trip and there were no issues with the reservation. Friendly hosts reached out in advance of my arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay and the patio and small lake view was our favorite place to sit and relax. Would definitely like to make this our home away from home when we come back to Houston.

Linse and the house were both great! The property was very clean with lots of helpful little touches to make our family comfortable for our stay. Linse was super responsive and friendly. We didn’t spend time in the backyard because it was so hot during our visit, but it looked like the pictures. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place in the Katy area!

Jocelyn’s place is just like in the photos. I really enjoyed my stay.

We loved the place and it had everything you needed! Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee machine was great! There was Dunkin Donut coffee that the machine ground fresh. There were many amenities and toiletries! There was even a first aid kit! We used the pool and towels that were provided. We had the pool all to ourselves and it was pretty clean except for June Bugs, which are normal for this time of year! All in all it’s a great place and would definitely stay here again!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

It's perfect place to stay for family. Dont let the outside fools you, this place is pretty nice, well cleaning, close to everything if you come to Houston for Asian foods. The host responses really fast, all you do is following their guide for check in and out. Will come back again for sure!
