My stay was great! The room suited me perfectly! The kitchen is clean. The household utensils served me perfectly. Host is thoughtful and helpful. The instructions he gave me were clear and precise. Very good! I recommend!

Easy checking and a short 14min drive to NRG stadium.

Overall, great experience. Loved the place. Good area. No complaints about the actual place. For AirBnB: the map placement given on the details of the listing is way farther than the actual Airbnb, caused us some issues bc we specifically wanted to be close to where the map said the Airbnb would be. Not where we ended up.

We return regularly to Hector’s house when in Houston because it is well placed, quiet, close to a nice park and Hector is always helpful

This place is home away from home. The owner tastefully furnished this home. I love every piece of decor in there. No regret at all. Tried to extend another 2 months but it was already booked out.

Very accommodating host and clean space.

There are Airbnbs, and then there are AIRBNBs. 🤩 This is a place that helped me reset, more than I have words for. After an extremely stressful day of travel, I arrived at Rena’s space, and within minutes, I felt so at peace that I told a family member I felt like I’d arrived in Santa Fe, not Houston. I was able to work productively on a writing project during my stay, a strong indicator that I had switched from stress to flow state, and always felt safe in the space, even with another guest staying in a different room. The host made a clear effort to be available for communication and also give me plenty of personal space. I am planning to stay here again next time I travel to Houston!

Me and my 2 young ladies absolutely enjoyed our stay in Houston, the house was perfect for us. And the neighborhood was peaceful. There were no problems and if there was, the perfect host James would’ve of been there. We will be booking again. Thanks again😊James FYI: Everything is close by including the Galleria Mall.

The place was very nice and had everything you could need. It was very convenient to the Memorial Park which has a three-mile walking loop we used. The park has lots of trails, and people out walking, running, playing tennis, pickleball and golf. The neighborhood feels very safe and has little parks. It was super convenient to both downtown, galleria, and the energy corridor. Annette was very helpful with getting in and out and had really good suggestions for the area. Appliances and furnishings are exceptional. There are some stairs to consider if you have trouble but was not a problem for us. There is a nice deck area on main floor to relax and a fenced in area in backyard of ground floor to pets. We would stay with Annette again and recommend the place for someone looking for a nicer place in a good area.

The host was very responsive and accommodating for our visit. Also, the place was everything and more! We were so welcomed and impressed. We will definitely be booking again!

Brittany was a very engaged host by having streamline communication processes in place, while being very attentive to any requests from our family and her response time was great. In addition, the home is as described, beautiful, clean and organized. The neighborhood is in a great location and provides a peace of mind while staying in Houston. This townhome is in a fantastic location—just 20 minutes from everything, no matter where you're headed. It’s nestled in a quiet, tree-lined, established, and very safe neighborhood. I loved the convenience of parking my SUV in the garage (remote control provided). The home itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, coffee, water, and even wine. The WiFi is fast, and the AC keeps the upstairs comfortably cool—perfect for an afternoon nap. The cute courtyard and back patio were lovely spots to relax. The neighbors are friendly—kids and adults waved as I walked my dog, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. Speaking of dogs, this home is large-dog friendly, which was a huge plus! Lastly, the owner was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Imani was super responsive, house was exactly as pictures, very clean and already had essential amenities.. the downside is a community of elderly people who are retired and WATCH everything you and write down your tag numbers. House was conveniently located to everything.

Where do I start? These hosts are absolutely fabulous. They went above and beyond to accommodate us as we struggled to find a place last minute due to the hurricane in the area. When we arrived the place was clean and smelled fabulous. This is an older apartment that has been updated and they have done a great job at making the place comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to a lot of amenities. We were traveling for some medical appointments and the drive to MD Anderson took about 30 minutes, perfect for our needs. We also especially appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with basics like seasonings and cooking spray. And that there were small toiletries available as well. Check in was a breeze. Hosts responded quickly when we had a question about the pool. Our kiddo loved the pool and the many games available to play. Thanks so much for your hospitality! We appreciate you.
