The apartment is located near HBU, The Arenas, Chinatown, Galleria/Uptown, Sugarland, Meyerland, Bellaire City and numerous retail/grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Southwest Freeway 59/I 69 & Bellaire Blvd. The apartment is adjacent to a separate family home where also lives a lovely 85 lbs dog. Extremely friendly & welcoming. We recommend you are accustomed to dogs to have a lovely time here. The only area the dog will share with you would be the backyard.

The space is perfect for Yoga, Art class, book club meeting or a photo studio. Available by the hour 7 am thru 7 pm. $35 per hour. Maximum 10 people. The room is furnished with floor mattresses that can be easily rearranged. The kitchenette has a microwave and I can supply any other small kitchen appliances.

Garage apartment With its own private entry In the heart of the city. We are about 3 miles from the medical center and 5 miles to the Galleria. The apartment is located off of highway 610 and has great access to all major highways. It is ideally suited for one person but at the most 2. It comes fully equipped with a full kitchen and full bathroom. NON SMOKING. This is ideal only for one person but at the most 2 people.

The entrance to the Weston apartment complex is marked by a large, blue sign featuring the name 'WESTON' in white text. Surrounding the sign are well-maintained gardens with rock landscaping, and the modern buildings of the complex are visible in the background against a partly cloudy sky.

Really nice and cozy loft in the middle of the Galleria area. Only 7 min walking to the Galleria Mall, restaurants, shops, and a Starbucks. Covered gated garage parking. Ten minutes driving from the Citycentre shopping mall and memorial mall. Ten minutes driving from Downtown and Midtown áreas. Available for rent for 6 months and up only.
