I had a wonderful stay at Jocelyn’s place! She was so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which made my trip so much smoother. Her place was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as described. Jocelyn was also very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Highly enjoyed our stay at Milya’s condo. Ideal location! In the heart of uptown and only a 5-minute walk to The Galleria. There are numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. A 10-minute drive to Memorial Park, 15 minutes to Hermann Park, and quick access to the highway. The condo is in a nice, secure building with a great gym and pool. Plenty of garage parking. Although in the city, it’s quietly tucked away and faces a lovely courtyard. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the water fountains below. Felt homey and peaceful. Furnishings and bed were comfortable. Most of all, it was very clean (coming from a clean freak). The kitchen had everything needed for making meal prep easy. Convenient washer and dryer. Milya was personable and fabulous to work. Always responsive, answered our questions, and very accommodating. We are glad to have found our home away from home the next time we visit Houston. Looking forward to returning.

The stay was lovely. Very nice apartment and the location was perfect. Tons of places to eat.

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

This Airbnb had everything you could need! We were in town for the livestock show at the Houston rodeo, so having it well stocked was very much appreciated after the long days. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The place itself was cozy, clean, and well appointed. Kim was also very communicative. Highly recommend.

We really liked the apartment. We stayed here for a month as we transitioned from one house to another in Katy. The apartments are well located near Katy Asia town. It served our purpose and we had no complaints. The apartment was clean and had a new feeling. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to base themselves in Katy. One small feedback was that the elevator was down during most of our stay.

If you're looking to stay in this area for shopping and dining, it's a great place. It has what you need, it's secure and feels safe. Lily will check in on you and make sure everything is going well. Everything is clean and doesn't smell bad. A good spot in this area for the money.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Enjoyed my stay at the Good vibes only condo. Our stay was comfortable and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The location has lots of shopping and restaurants around it so that’s a plus. Some parts of the outside aren’t aesthetically pleasing but the inside of the condo makes up for it! Beds slept comfortably, hot water was maintained and overall a really great stay!

The stay was amazing! I was definitely recommended! It was my first time in Houston and this was the best place it was around so many things!!

This place was perfect for me and my best friend. Walkable to the galleria mall and in a safe area. The host was so responsive and friendly! Everything was an easy drive (minus the Houston traffic) overall I would definitely stay here again!!

Rose's appartment looks like on a quiet road near major roads and is easy to get onto I-10 and 6 mins drive from Wholefoods, Trader Joes, HEB and decent fast food like MOD Pizza and Chipotle, 5 mins walk to a YMCA gym and 10 mins to the Galleria. The main living is spacious, clean and airy and the bedroom is also spacious and the bed is comfortable. Aircon is highly effective but noisy as are the adjacent appartment aircon units that make up the 4 appartment block. I needed ear plugs at night as I wasn't used to that level of noise at night but was grateful it was so effective. The bathroom is in 3 sections - a decent sized basin area, then an alcove for the washing machine and dryer (hold the start buttons for 3 secs otherwise they won't switch on) and then a bath and shower (which doesn't have a strong jet but is workable). There is parking is on the side road and there are security gates into the development. Rose and Adam are responsive and helpful.

I am a frequent traveller to Houston, every other 2 months since 2020. Have stayed in different locations, hotels and airbnbs since then. First things first, there is absolutely no other better location than citycenter - walkable, safe, clean, fun, lots of stores, restaurants, close to the main gateways (I-10, Sam Houston, HW6) therefore in 30min you can explore Houston 360o. In regards to the property, it js simply in the best multi-familiy building in this region. And trust me, in Houston it has a value! As the most diverse city in America you can experience from the best to the worst at the same floor. But this one is 100% guarateed peace, kindness, education. Inside, clean, confortable, good space, appliances and the mains products you may need for a week stay. Super recommended!!! Will definetely come back on my upcoming city visits!

Natasha was very friendly and quickly responded to my messages. She even took her working hours to come meet and game me a tour of the inside of the condo and handed the parking pass. Easy communication, easy to get in and out and she was flexible with the checkout. Everything was clean and listed as in description. Walking distance to shopping and groceries and felt safe all around. Very quiet and got a great rest at night. Thank you Natasha!

Nice place, friendly host and safe area, would definitely recommend 👍 Not really a big problem - but there were a bit too many room fresheners (almost in every plug, around 10). I had to unplug them one by one and open the windows as the smell was too concentrated.
