Marie helped us out tremendously. We had to rebook our stay due to another host canceling the day before we were expected to arrive. There was no additional deposit required to book with her and i loved that considering the last minute circumstances. Marie was very pleasant and anytime i wrote her she responded right away. Excellent property, Very well furnished and located in one of the best and safest area of Houston, Appartment comes with everything you need for your stay in houston, I had no problems during my stay. Host is very friendly and helpful.

During my stay, the house was excellent, and the host was exceptionally responsive. However, on the day of my departure, the water supply ceased throughout the property, affecting the kitchen, bathroom, and sinks, rendering the facilities unusable. Despite this inconvenience, my overall experience was positive, and I would highly recommend this accommodation…

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Enjoyed my stay at the Good vibes only condo. Our stay was comfortable and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The location has lots of shopping and restaurants around it so that’s a plus. Some parts of the outside aren’t aesthetically pleasing but the inside of the condo makes up for it! Beds slept comfortably, hot water was maintained and overall a really great stay!

The house is as described, the environment is very beautiful, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the host is very good at communicating and will help in a timely manner. And most importantly, the room was well-equipped, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.
