Our studios are located in the ancient “Fullino Nero” farmhouse located on the top of a hill covered with olive trees, 3.5 km from the center of Siena. Guests have access to large outdoor spaces, a garden and two large terraces with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas overlooking the hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and green cypresses; a laundry room with washer and dryer; a reception for picking up keys; and free private parking.

In the ancient rural complex of Caggio, "Il vecchio noce" offers a fully renovated apartment (recently, this past winter 2025/26) that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The complex is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the Sienese Montagnola area, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni and the route of the Via Francigena. The accommodation is called the "granaio" (barn) of the village, as it faces south and is on the ground floor.
