I visited the same place again,I was happy as it was the first time. The host clearly explains the house manual as well as help at any time. The apartment looks just like the photo,clean, fresh with a beautiful view. . You can feel the privacy. . i recommend it for a long or short stay.

A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is great for visiting Modena and the surrounding areas. It was a pleasant stay.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Honestly- quite a nice appartment, accessible by bus, plus a cute terrace. We had a very nice stay ☀️

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

Mattia’s place was great for our short stay in Bologna. Not only was the place itself nice, Mattia was a great host who actively communicated everything we needed to know. He even recommended restaurants and a taxi service for our trip to the airport. I wish we could have experienced Bologna in Mattia’s place a tad longer, but I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the area to stay here!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!
