L'alloggio è a 6 Km dalla Ferrari di Maranello dove si può visitare il museo. A 12 Km si trova il centro storico di Modena con il Duomo, la Ghirlandina e a 14 km dal museo Ferrari di Modena. A pochi metri si trovano il parco di villa Gandini, bar, ristorante, gelaterie , pizze da asporto e negozi. Nel centro di Formigine si trova un bellissimo castello medioevale. La tassa di soggiorno di 2€ a persona si deve pagare presso la struttura per gli ospiti di età superiore ai 12 anni per ogni notte
