Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Formia

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

The stay at Titina's was really fantastic. Our apartment had everything we needed and was equipped with a magnificent private terrace with a beautiful view where you can eat or enjoy a beautiful sunset. The area is very quiet and served by the bus that runs all over the island and takes you to the port in less than half an hour. Titina was very helpful with check-in and check-out times and gave us tips on beaches and activities. Recommended for those who do not like to be in the middle of the confusion and prefer to enjoy the beauty of Ponza!

Lovely place, immersed in a village, lovely house with all comforts, very kind host always responsive and very helpful, very clean apartment, sheets and towels available, recommended for relaxing days away from everyday stress.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.

After an initial adjustment (we did not expect a three-level layout of the structure), we felt very good and comfortable. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is really a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the port of Gaeta and is, therefore, very characteristic.

We had an incredibly cozy stay here. Nicer than in the pictures and everything was clean and fresh. We appreciated the patio and the tranquility it provided. Close to beach and restaurants to be able to experience Gaeta. Recommended!

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Antonella’s place. Antonella and her daughter Ciara are very nice people, great hosts. Ciara answered all our questions and helped us a lot. We really appreciate it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the surroundings! We highly recommend it! :-)

Elisa is a wonderful person, very helpful and responsive in communications. Her accommodation fully reflects her attention to every detail, in fact everything you need is there. Easy to park with the directions given by Elisa. Everything is as described. The apartment is halfway between the station and the center, both of which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The locals are very friendly. From the accommodation, you can also easily reach the Abbey of Montecassino with its museum, the Varronian baths, the church of Sant'Antonio, the military cemetery, the Rocca Janula, the Monastery of Santa Scolastica, the Roman amphitheater, and much more. Fully satisfied with my stay.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). Very good location just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

I stayed at Donato's for one night on my journey to Calabria. He and his mother were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is very beautiful and spacious, and it's quiet as the accommodation is located in a private courtyard. I would also stay here for longer!

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

The experience in Pio's B&B was perfect from start to finish. Pio welcomed us upon our arrival and was always responsive in replying to messages. He very kindly allowed us (very rare) to postpone check-out until after lunch, which was very much appreciated. Recommended to everyone, rustic house impeccably renovated and really a nice nest for a weekend of tranquility between Molise and lower Abruzzo. I hope to be back soon

The space was really great. Especially the parking space in the underground garage was perfect. You can then go directly from the garage with the elevator to the apartment. Everything was totally relaxed for us.
