Karen is a very nice person and responds quickly. The house is great and very clean and everything you need is available and the internet is strong. A place where you feel comfortable and safe. If I had the opportunity to return to Bournemouth, of course, this house would be my first choice in housing, but its only drawback is that there is no supermarket nearby. You need a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store or any services.

Really loved our stay in the Annexe. it was a nice spacious stay for two, close to the New Forest but also a short distance from Bournemouth so there was lots of choice for eateries in the evening. Lucy and Chris had gone above and beyond with homemade bread, some prosecco and cookies which were all enjoyed! The accommodation was lovely and cosy and the log burner was really nice to have on in the cold weather. Lots of amenities provided by Lucy and Chris like basic food stuffs provided in cupboards - handy if you were planning on staying in and cooking. All round a very nice stay and would come here again.

We highly recommend this property and host. My husband and I stayed over Christmas with my elderly, and mobility limited, father-in-law. The host was very accurate in describing the layout and accessibility for my father-in-law. The property was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and inviting, was decorated for us for Christmas and is in a beautiful quiet setting. The host was very responsive to my communications and very accommodating to our changing guest and pet numbers on Christmas Day. A very tasty locally sourced breakfast hamper was left for us, including milk, bread and eggs from their own chickens. Easy access to beautiful walks and short drive to town and coast. We had such a good, relaxing stay we are looking to return in the summer.

Booked this for my parents, they really enjoyed their stay, they said Heidi and Larne were very friendly and lovely hosts. The animals were great, especially the donkeys. Cottage was comfortable and clean. Yes it is on a busy road, but that is made clear in the description but it didn’t bother them at all. Great time was had, and having seen pictures I’m thinking of booking it for myself next! Thank you Heidi and Larne
