Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Forest City

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

Love this spot! Will most definitely be staying here again! There is a lot around plus a lot that the apartment offers too.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sonia's apartment. it felt plenty private, but not so secluded that I was uncomfortable as a female solo traveler. the coming and going of the host family nearby was a comfort. I loved looking outside to see the neighbors horses in the pasture. The fluffy towels, crisp white sheets, and feather pillows were a touch of comfort that many hosts skimp on these days and it was such a lovely and welcome surprise! A few tips for travelers, if you require complete darkness to sleep, be advised that the property is extremely well lit at night. it makes the property feel safe, but without room darkening curtains it can be a bit bright and a sleep mask might help. Also if you are sensitive to artificial fragrance, the host does use a lot of air fresheners in every room and there isn't a good way to air out the space as the windows either do not open or lack a screen.

Everything was organized and clean the place was beautiful .

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

We loved our short stay at Sheena’s place. It was small and cozy with everything we needed to have a stress free vacation. She was also very responsive and made sure there weren’t any miscommunications. Highly recommend staying here :)

The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

We can’t say enough good things about Aline’s place! Great place for a family gathering and to disconnect from your worries. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Toddler, parents, grandparents and pets all had room to spread out without feeling crowded. The backyard and pool area is truly something special. Great views and gorgeous palm trees and landscaping really make you feel like you have your own private oasis. The dogs LOVED the outdoor space and our toddler spent all day in the pool. So did the adults for that matter! Aline was very accommodating and offered to help us with recommendations for things to do. Easily the most comfortable air bnb that we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

In town for a baseball tournament. Location to the fields was great — less than a 10 minute drive! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the field. We appreciated the grill and used it to make some hamburgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

Good location with a pool! Easy access to highways. Yohana was very informative and responsive! Pool toys and towels were a great bonus! Everything we needed for our stay.

My family and I were very happy with Jameson’s place! It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and the pool and outside patio are a great place for a family to congregate. I only wish that we could have stayed there longer. We visit Orlando annually as we have family in the area and look forward to staying here again in the future! Also, the host was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a family wedding. I was born and raised in Longwood/Altamonte and love the neighborhood they are in; family friendly, quiet, and green! The house was as expected and Jennifer was a great host. Thank you!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Nicoleta’s place was beautiful and well maintained. She was very helpful with accommodating our check out time and left very clear instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
