Family-friendly vacation rentals in Forest City

Very comfortable, in a great location - close to amenities and easy for Uber to find. Dennis was super helpful and responded in minutes.

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

We loved this townhome. It was so comfortable and just what we were looking for and expected. We will gladly stay again in this home or any other this host has.

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Me and my husband will definitely be back! I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the resort amenities but we were busy doing the parks each day. It had everything we needed, was very clean and had lots to do nearby. We walked to the hot tub one day and theres also a good amount of household/grocery items you may need in the lobby. Parking was always available right in front of the door. Lots of towels provided, overall great stay!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative through our entire stay and even before. It was very clean, had everything one needs during a vacation, and very peaceful. We will be booking again soon!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

First time in Orlando. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, used it everyday! We did not end up heating it, which worked out perfect. The temps were so warm during the day and the sun is on the back of the house all day which is great for being out there. The game/movie room was great and kids loved playing and watching movies. Kitchen had what we needed and we cooked all of our dinners there. Fresh crab legs and ahi tuna near by that was great. It is definitely a place we would return to. This was a really fun, unique place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch upstairs. Sara was really accommodating with an early check-in when we ended up on a very early morning flight, which was SO appreciated. We’d definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT. My family has been coming in mixed groups for the past 7 years, and this stay has been the best one. Besides being much cleaner than last year's rental (father suffered many flea bites from the couch that was not to have had pets on it), AND being an early check-in despite previous renters leaving issues that were diligently resolved by management/cleaning crew, this house was GORGEOUS. This is not a sterile rental, but someone's home...reflected in the beautiful landscaping [so many things flowering during our stay!], lavish pool set up (kiddy pool, hot tub, and main pool), and abundance of supplies here. We loved that they accommodate large multi-family groups with spacious rooms, a 2nd fridge, [also, the SPICE rack....cooking was so easy with so much on hand], and the supplies available for small children at the house: crib, books, potty chair, high chair, step stool, a double STROLLER, and car seat... and dog-friendly yet clean. Robert , wow! Our stay was amazing. 100% recommend. Responsive , clean, and so much fun! Room matched the description, check in was super easy, and Robert was able to extend our stay when requested. Will be back for sure !

Very comfortable and spacious place for our family of 8 which included 2 young kids. Close to shops, restaurants and Universal. The pool area is great! We loved our stay in this house and would highly recommend.

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Lovely little cottage! Perfect location for those who are going to Disney, about 15mins and Universal, about 20 mins. The main road was also full of restaurants and food trucks which were also in walking distance. The resort itself was great too, lovely and clean and everyone was really friendly too. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The space is stellar- clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Super easy to communicate with the hosts. Conveniently close to the airport, would stay here anytime I travel to the area.

Marlene was great from our first interaction at booking until our last contact when leaving. This place was perfectly for me and my 17 year old son. We appreciated having our own rooms. The pool and sitting areas were so nice. The flowers and little gnome gardens made it feel so magical. We enjoyed the location and didn't mind the drive into Orlando.

Gérard’s home was beautiful. It was in a such a convenient location to everything we needed- especially the Disney parks, and Walmart and Aldi for our weekly groceries. My family and I enjoyed the pool each day and even got to see gators come out of the canal. The only minor thing I wish would be if we had control of the temperature in the home. It was 95-98 degrees everyday we visited, and the home got quite warm even with the blinds closed and fans on. Otherwise, it was a great home and we surely enjoyed our stayed. Thank you!
