Vacation rentals with a patio in Forest Acres

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was even more beautiful than the photographs. It was spacious with a private entrance. It had the feel of a hotel suite as the host offers all of the small important things, "Qtips, makeup cleansing cloths, coffee pods, creamer, etc.) The space is well-lit, open, larger than it appears and was a great space to host a small toast before heading to a family event. Highly recommended and responsive host. Thank you!

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Jillian's home was amazing. I was visiting Columbia to attend a graduation. Initially, I thought the location would be too far away from downtown Columbia, but it was a straightforward drive. It wasn't a long drive at all. So many grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 drive. The home was spacious enough for a quick trip and was charming. Jillian was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and that was extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

Oh I can say You don't judge a book by the outside? Because once you get inside, it's all what in the pictures, very quiet spot and very easy to access alot of restaurants and stores nar by I definitely had a very nice Anniversary and The Host was very easy to reach if I needed anything. So I'll definitely be going back again

T's place was very cozy and easy to find. She was a great host and super communicative, always looking out for me, like when a storm took out the power. She reached out, kept me updated and offered candles so I wasn't sitting in the dark.

Patricia made us feel very welcome! The home was very private and quiet. Great location for families and pets. We felt very safe.

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

I don’t give 5 stars much but I have to say 4 Gibbes Court was great! Space was beautiful and clean, quiet and private. The only down side I can say was the next door spot light was a beacon into the 3rd bedroom all night. So I do recommend getting blackout shades for that bedroom. Other than that I have absolutely zero regrets, issues or complaints. I wish it was available for other dates we wanted but I will definitely check dates for the future.

This was the best Airbnb and the best host I have had. The place was immaculate, well stocked and decorated nicely. We made a pit stop returning from Myrtle Beach. We had cereal but no milk…. She even had milk in fridge. Breakfast bars waiting for morning and snacks for kids. Thank you so much!

We rented the house for a weekend getaway, which worked out amazingly well. Very clean and great decor. It felt very secure as it is a gated community. Fully functional kitchen space, as well as made two meals.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and Gamecock decor fun. Wish it had not rained so much and could have spent more time outside. The backyard is so inviting!! Hope to book again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s home while helping out our son & his family’s 4th arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Location can’t be beat! Close to restaurants, retail stores lots of towels and very nice washer & dryer. House is located right next to access to the community trail (although we had no time to walk on it) would definitely rent again when visiting out son)!

I Would book again if I’m back in town. Such a beautiful and comfortable place. We had everything we need as well as feeling secure and private. Close to all the stores I needed as well as them being within walking distance.

This place was exactly as advertised and met my expectations. When I find myself traveling through Columbia again, it’ll be at the top of my list for its value and quality.

I had a fantastic time staying at Ben and Andres’ place. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in instructions were clear, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated.

Definitely was pleased. very cozy with a dash of elegance. Burned one of her mixing bowls but she brushed it off. Tvs in all rooms. Furniture well kept, pleasant clean smell over entire home. Hot water didn't run out and unspotted towels. Wish I could stayed longer. Constantly in and out. Thank you for the last min. reservations

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the hosts truly care about creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The space was thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches, and everything was spotless upon arrival. The location is perfect—close to downtown Columbia, restaurants, coffee shops, and the university, yet nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and having a washer/dryer on-site was a huge bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Whether you’re in town for work, visiting family, or just exploring Columbia, this is a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it and would absolutely book again!
