What a beautiful place to be . My family & I just loved it . We were so pleased to meet Jackie she is a fab hostess such a lovely friendly super helpful lady she definitely goes the extra mile , everything was very clean & tidy & organised in very peaceful surroundings. The log burner was fab all the logs were right there for us , we arrived with a yummy homemade coffee cake just waiting for us . What a lovely touch . We even had a dozen fresh eggs to go home with . Delicious . I would recommend Jackie’s place a visit it’s a cracking spot .

Really enjoyed our two nights stay. Beautiful location and very peaceful but also very close to amenities if you need anything. Instructions of how to find and access our loft was great. Parking also really good. All extremely clean and had all we needed. Porridge pots and small sachets of milk were left for us which I thought was a really lovely and thoughtful touch. Looked very cared for and recently renovated. We found it to be a warm, comfortable and cosy stay and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Thank you so much to Jill and James!

A wonderful rural retreat - with very friendly and creative hosts . This is a very spacious, comfortable & quiet cottage with fantastic views over the countryside and superb sunsets . Our granddaughter had a wonderful time feeding the hens , observing the lambs and playing in the garden. The nearest village Montgomery has a very good cafe - The Castle Kitchen - great for coffee and cakes as well as lunches . Lians woven wall hangings and wall colours enhance the feeling of peace and calm in the cottage . We would highly recommend staying here .

this was an amazing stay, it feels like we were miles from anybody but still only an 8 minute drive to local shops. sharon was an amazing host and made our stay easy and enjoyable! we will definitely be recommending and wanting to stay again!
