Charming 2-bedroom with on-site parking

Charming 2-room apartment attached to my main residence and consisting of a large fully-equipped kitchen, small sitting area and bathroom/toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), as well as a bathroom/toilet. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and on clear days the Pyrenees mountain range. The accommodation at the gates of Gers is close to J. Curie, the expressway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.

The Apartment

Die ca 40qm grosse Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang liegt nach hinten raus, ist ruhig und bietet bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40m Doppelbett und einem kleinen Kleiderschrank. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Von der gemütlichen Küche geht das Wohnzimmer mit einer 1.10m breiten Schlafcouch ab. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz mit WLAN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit von Plaisance-du-touch (4km) und Toulouse (19km)

Charming Studio City Center

The apartment is a 25 m2 studio, well equipped and perfectly located in the city center. On the 2nd and top floor without elevator access. Nice view of the rooftops and church steeple. At the foot of the building you will find a small square with plenty of amenities: organic grocery store, cheese maker, baker, hairdresser, beautician, dry cleaner, etc. Several free parking lots nearby. We look forward to hosting you whether for a short or long term, work or vacation!

Pleasant air-conditioned studio.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is attached to our house but completely independent. This studio is very functional, fully equipped (TV, WiFi, Kitchenette, Air Conditioning, Library, Storage, Bathroom, possibility of lunch on the terrace, refurbished in 2022. There is a sofa bed that quickly transforms the bedroom space into a living room space as can be seen in the photos. Check-in can be done independently.
