Very nice small accommodation, clean, very well-equipped, located close to everything (shops, bike paths, beach, restaurants) A beautiful terrace, a parking space, a bicycle garage… Thanks to Françoise for hosting us. We would happily stay again. 🥰

Very functional apartment, very clean, arranged with great taste. The south-east facing terrace is a real plus on sunny days: you can have breakfast and lunch in the sun, facing greenery. Be careful, the roller shutter of one of the 2 bedrooms is broken; it is replaced by a blackout curtain but still lets the light through! The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Nearby, there are all the necessary shops on a square: bakery, charcuterie-traiteur, fishmonger, en primeurs, tobacconist and small supermarket U. I'm sorry I didn't know this place sooner!

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Claudine is a charming host, very attentive, and was flexible on our arrival time which suited us well! the place is very clean, nothing to say in terms of cleanliness and that, it feels good when you've had bad experiences, there is everything you need according to the description in short, do not hesitate, I recommend it!!!! and I keep the address especially!

Absolutely lovely apartment perfect for a couple. Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and well equipped. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and visited La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, both lovely places to visit.

The apartment is really spacious, very clean and totally matches the photos ,even better😉 - Everything is modern ,tastefully decorated, everyone has found their place in this beautiful space - The two terraces are simply superb , with a preference for the incredible rooftop, without any vis-à-vis , and its comfortable jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola - Magical and quiet family view, just what we were looking for 😍 Very close to La Rochelle and many sites to visit that were recommended to us by our hosts - We had a great week with the kids , and will be back with pleasure if we are visiting this beautiful area 😊

This is a lovely apartment in a great location , once you get used to the parking it’s so easy ! I can definitely recommend this place , the hosts are super friendly too ! The roof terrace and tub are great 👍🏻

We had a pleasant stay at Sandrine and Manu's. The studio is very well decorated and functional. It was very clean. A bottle of wine and Easter chocolates were waiting for us, very nice touch. And the spa is a plus, especially after a busy day at Puy du Fou. Sandrine and Manu gave us good advice on restaurants nearby, unfortunately the Auberge du Donjon was closed. We won't hesitate to come back and will recommend the studio to our loved ones.

We enjoyed the spacious and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is awesome! Unlike the other reviews the apartment is well insulated and we did not hear any noise coming from the bakery. The bedding is very good quality!! I'll be back there for sure with pleasure

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation which corresponds to the description. The bedding is quality, the bathtub is a nice little plus. Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium). We would recommend this listing.
