My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. Small studio (18 m2), rated 2 stars, brand new (homestay). Located in the back of my house, its private entrance is on the roadside, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent, so we don't have to cross each other. There's just a connecting door to my living room (locked of course). It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
