Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

Very clean apartment and as described. A bike rental company within walking distance. La Flotte is a very attractive village: a pretty port, beautiful walks or bike rides, a restaurant market.

As described. I recommend. There were 3 of us, we didn't have to be + (according to us). The fleet is a very charming village, the seaside are very pleasant. Restaurants, shops, possibility to have bikes. It has everything on site to enjoy and discover. It is easy to move from one place to another on the island. We recommend the restaurant, "your mouth laughs." Received at 12:15 p.m. without a reservation, we were made room. The food is very well prepared, the service is efficient, the professionals smiling. In short. Simple and efficient.

Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay on the Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin, which opens onto the shopping street, the port is a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle us into the accommodation and give us information and some tips to better enjoy our stay. A warm welcome and immediate availability when we needed it. I highly recommend Sylvia and her place in the heart of Saint Martin. Thanks Sylvia ♡♡♡

this place is so lovely - perfect for our little family (we have 2 kids aged 3 and 6). right in the centre, short walk to the beach and couarde sur mer is beautiful and very kid friendly. hiring bikes was great as couarde sur mer is situated close to all the other little spots to explore. Emilie and Benjamin's place is clean, kid friendly and perfectly sized. a very special place, for couples, groups and families. the house has great amenities and toys, beach toys for the kids to borrow.

We discovered Ile de Ré for the first time, this stay was ideal, La Flotte and its surroundings make it very easy to reach everything by car. We were lucky to have perfect weather. Successful stay, we will be back!!

Very pleasant, comfortable, bright accommodation. Fully equipped. A delight. breathtaking 180° view. East and West. sunset and moonset and sunrise! Quiet location and close to the Flotte, on foot or by bike. do it again without hesitation. Thanks to Paul
