Very nice apartment , well equipped as at home. Grocery store right next to the apartment. Well located, not too far from the historic center, about 30 minutes walk and next to the archaeological museum. We had a lovely stay in Syracuse! Antonio is a friendly host, very available and responsive. Once again, thank you for everything!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Apartment located right in the center of Ortigia convenient to all amenities(supermarkets, shops, etc.) suitable for children looking for movement(Ortigia is full of locals) and for families to take even in the evening a nice walk in the center (which is worth it.) The apartment is spacious and we found it clean and well equipped in terms of towels,sheets, etc. Nothing is missing. I did not get to know Carmelo but you are greeted directly by the host where I found Lucia, they are two people available for any problem, kind, always available ready to offer you the best service. And if you need advice on what to visit, where to go to the sea or anything Lucia will know how to help you. That said, I don't go too far, but if I had to go back to Sicily I would choose them so I recommend them 100%. I forgot the apartment has a beautiful cool terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Giuseppe and his son was very friendly and helpful. They are indeed great hosts! They gave as instructions for the public transport and even prepared everything for the coffee and breakfast! Apartment is clean and very beautiful with the sense of the sea and a song From the birds! We felt really welcomed and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend this host from the heart 💜

Beautiful large apartment in a perfect location. Just steps from the ocean. The place is very spacious and clean. There is no oven but the stove works well. The bed is a bit squeaky and the couch as well. The neighbor is also very particular about how you close the door into the palazzo and confronted me and guests many times. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and very responsive. ❤️

Agata and her husband Mimmo welcomed us very warmly and spontaneously invited us to dinner on the first evening. They are a very likeable couple, always helpful and responded immediately to any questions. The apartment has its own parking space for one car on the premises. The outdoor area is very spacious and you also feel very safe through the gate to the street. Beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance. The center of Marzamemi is also not too far away for a walk. A stay with Agata and Mimmo is definitely recommended.

Luigi is so helpful, he support us from hometown, CTA airport til arrive his lovely apartment. He has well introduced us his apartment facilities,and surroundings. We enjoy his tidy and clean place. Luigi is so great and kindness, as we left a clothe in the apartment, he has putting his additional time and effort to deliver the clothes to our next place! Giuseppe was a great host, he told us lots of local places to go which were fantastic. The house was good value and the pool area was very nice. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including an electric orange juice perfect for fresh Sicilian oranges. My negative comments would be that it is on a relatively busy road, you cannot walk to anything in the neighbourhood so you need a car. I also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. However access to local beaches is easy by car and also into Syracuse/ Ortiga, I noticed lots of buses that if more organised we would have taken!

We had a great stay at Valentina's place in Plemmirio. Beautiful surroundings and a very cosy home with a spacious terrace in the sun. Valentina was very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful place and beautiful, Italian family that greeted us warmly. The place was a paradise for our 2 boys (4 and 2,5 years) with a pool, trampoline and private terrace. The house was sparkling clean and was very elegantly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, also with spices, pasta, water in the fridge etc. We really relaxed there and would love to come back.

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

Spacious 2 floor apartment in a great location, everywhere is walkable and it is lovely to be on the balcony looking out across the square. The apartment was very well equipped and the bedroom is huge with a comfy bed. Bathroom is small but has everything you need. The people managing the apartment also helped me to book a fab boat trip and were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a fab stay.

This apartment was fantastic for our family, it is very spacious. It has plenty of crockery, pots pans and kitchen supplies for family meals and no less than four different areas you can dine!There is a big table in the kitchen and another in the living area plus a glassed in balcony area and another off the lounge. We used the enclosed area a lot as it was chilly when we visited and it was great. Although the apartment is a little dated, and the kitchen particularly is a bit wonky, it is very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. There is plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, having a second bathroom was handy. The shower enclosure is quite narrow and the other bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower which may not suit everyone. The area is lacking a bit of charm, but nevertheless does feel safe and makes up for this with convenience, being handy to the station, historic sites and old town which are all a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

Will come again any time! From the first written contact, to check-in to departure, everything worked out wonderfully. Here are professionals at work who communicate personally and very warmly! The apartment is really nice. Big enough for a couple and the terraces allow you to either relax in peace or take part in the beach life with a view of the street in Lido di Noto. We loved looking at the street downstairs in front of the house and the sea behind with an espresso in hand. You won't lack anything inside. The outdoor area is great and all the many beaches in the vicinity with all the crystal clear water are just amazing. For us a great overall package that will let us come back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

super cute apartment. Very clean and tidy. We stayed there for 10 days with a small child. The elevator is very pleasant. In addition, the area is an absolute plus. Very close to beach. In addition, there is a playground across the street and this one is just fantastic for Italian ratios... large, shaded by trees and with high quality playgrounds. The families from Avola meet there and one can get in touch.

We loved staying at Giovanna’s lovely apartment. It’s right above Ortigia’s incredible food market, where all the food is delicious - whether cooking amazing produce yourself or indulging in the tonnes of great restaurants. Everything about our trip was easy. We’d very gladly come again.
