Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fontane Bianche

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. Alessandro's villa is a perfect place to stay and enjoy your holiday. The equipment is great in each dimension. We had even amazon echo dot to play music and wooden pizza oven . I was impressed by the immaculate surroundings – the garden and outdoor areas were carefully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the stunning beach, just a 5-minute walk from the villa. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun and sea. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place close to a beautiful beach. I would definitely love to return!

LOVED THIS PLACE! We have stayed many places on airbnb this was our favorite. Beautiful location, everything was great and the hosts were awesome. Well equiped kitchen. Not one complaint and we hope to make it back soon.

Our stay at Respiro Greco with Ramona and Salvo was simply wonderful. From the first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The location is ideal – supermarkets, cafés, and small shops are nearby, and beautiful beaches like San Lorenzo, Noto Marina, and Fontane Bianche are only a short drive away. The historic center of Syracuse with its sights and excellent restaurants is also quickly reached. Ramona and Salvo were always available, very kind, and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit were perfect. The homemade cake for Easter was a lovely surprise. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The pool was well maintained, Wi-Fi was strong, and the Smart TV offered Netflix and Amazon Prime for cozy evenings. Syracuse’s culinary offerings were a true highlight. If you want to fully enjoy Syracuse and its surroundings, staying longer is highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Very clean and well-kept apartment! Luca made us find clean towels and especially plenty of coffee. I recommend it!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. A wonderful place with a lovely host. Very special: an Outdoor kitchen right next to terrace and pool. We spent a week as a group and would all return immediately. Good sights and beaches to explore in the area.

Highly recommended! It’s the perfect place to be if you just want to relax peacefully and private. You’ve got everything you need and actually don’t have to leave the property. All in all wonderful stay. Tiziana is a wonderful host. Super friendly and helpful. You could ask anything and got an answer immediately. The property is a beautiful lodge not far from Marzamemi and the beaches of the area. The location is convenient but sufficiently isolated to ensure privacy and complete relaxation in the garden, with a hot tub and barbecue. The price is low compared to what is offered and Ms. Carmela was available to provide us with advice on the most beautiful restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

We traveled as a group of friends for one week and had an amazing experience staying at the Villa. The host was very kind and helpful, went out of her way to help us. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, located 5min from the beach and seconds away from nearest town. Highly recommend to stay here!
