Aurore and Federico, our co-hosts, will welcome you first digitally and then in person at check-in. We provide excursions, transfers and car rental services.

The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. In 10 min. drive to Ortigia.

The Villa degli Ulivi residence is 200 meters from the beach of Avola, located between Noto and Syracuse, the land of almonds, lemons, and the famous Nero d'Avola. Casa Carrubbo is one of the 4 houses located inside the residence, (Casa Limone, Pino Salice) are the other houses, Villa degli Ulivi is a residence with a swimming pool (the pool is always in operation). Our guests are entitled to a parking space inside the gate. You can walk to the beach.

Villa Cava with pool is an exclusive villa nestled in Noto countryside, a short distance from the main beaches and art cities of the region. The ground floor, embellished with black stone floors and ancient majolica tiles, includes an elegantly furnished living area and a veranda overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills, equipped with outdoor furniture for our guests’ total relaxation.
