Guesthouse vacation rentals in Fontainebleau

Second time we come to enjoy the timeless atmosphere of the trout island, a haven of tranquility and well-being 20 minutes from the fountainbleau forest. The cottages / cottages are very nicely appointed and comfortable, even in cold weather!

Incredible for the bouldering- probably need a car.

Great stay near Rocher Canon (5 minutes drive). Everything you need is available, comfortable bed, good shower, equipped kitchen, ... I can only recommend it!

Thanks to Virginia for being responsive and kind. The house is nice with a ping pong table and a large games room, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

the Catounière is a very charming and quiet place, with a nice garden and a beautiful veranda for breakfast. close to the city center, and the castle, and close to the Insead. 8 minutes walk. And there is hospitality with a big H, thanks to Gerard's care. We really enjoyed the welcome and the quality of the breakfast. the bedroom is spacious, and functional ( with small kitchen and fridge)

Very pleasant stay, attentive host. I asked for several options and everything was perfect. No complaints, I recommend it 500%. Great weekend at Claudio and Léia's cottage. The setting is absolutely beautiful and very soothing. The accommodation is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, functional and very pleasant! Comfortable bedding, lots of little details that make the stay even more wonderful! Hosts are discreet while being available and very friendly! We already want to come back!

Clean accommodation and as advertised, perfect for a short trip. We didn't have time to make the most of it, but everything was functional (electricity, cleanliness, etc.), and the hospitality was great until checkout. Thanks for the great time!

Great spot! Spacious, clean and comfortable! One of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at. The one thing that you should keep in mind is that the beds aren’t huge. You can fit 6 grown up men in there but it is going to be tight.

A lovely place to stay, close to the main street of Barbizon and the forest, and with two lovely cats. We had a very happy stay here.

Highly recommended. Very peaceful place to stay. Comfortable bed and great shower. Marc was a very good and welcoming host. Parking was easy outside and there was always space.

Small, very functional accommodation, ideal for 2 people and very well equipped. Valerie is very responsive and available.

Fred and Vero were both so friendly, and they kindly provided me with everything I needed. I had a personal request, such as a hospital reservation, and they all helped me willingly. The house was very clean and well organized. I had a long stay, and once I unloaded the carrier, I was able to stay as comfortably as if it were my home without having to go back to the carrier. Parking is also very convenient. I'd like to stay here next time I come to this area :)

This is a well located and clean apartment unit. The bed is comfortable, but might be a little difficult for some people as there is an angled low ceiling to be aware of when getting out of one side of the bed. Otherwise the room was great and the host was super accommodating. We wanted a later check out and he was fine with that. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast with very good coffee. We would recommend Gerard’s unit especially for a shorter term stay. There is no washer or dryer in this unit.

We had a great weekend in this house. It is very well located (close to the R train), quiet and pleasant, with a very spacious garden and a very cool interior which was very nice because it was very hot outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Laure was very kind, available and responsive. We even had croissants on Sunday mornings! This is not to mention the hot tub available in their garden right next to the house.
