We welcome you to our chalet in the heart of a private estate located 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris on the edge of the Yonne. Bordered by two terraces, it offers two views: on the south side, a view of the oak forest; on the north side, a view of a pond and its fauna. In its green nest, our chalet will seduce you with its calm and evenings by the fire. Free access: tennis (rackets provided), fishing ponds. Available: a swing. Note: sheets, towels, and tea towels not provided.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other cottages are on the grounds sharing the children's playground.

The cottage is located on a hiking trail and is a 30-minute walk from climbing spots. Numerous tourist, sports and cultural attractions nearby. .Due to the health crisis and the increased cleaning required between each guest, the check-in time may be delayed by 1 to 2 hours. The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !

We hope you love staying in our chalet as much as we do. This place is a small peaceful haven outside and inside where a fireplace awaits you for cool evenings. Linens and towels are provided in the price. No parties allowed on site.
