La maison possède un très grand jardin arboré de 5000m2. Le village de Recloses est un des plus charmant du Gâtinais. La foret de Fontainebleau est à proximité immédiate de la maison, on peut partir pied pour des randonnées. La maison n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
