Guesthouse vacation rentals in Folsom

My husband and I were in town for a few days and felt very comfortable and safe at Carrie’s place. She also provided a parking pass for our car and we didn’t have issues with street parking. Very central to lots of restaurants and coffee shops!

Anthony & Gina were very prompt as well as thorough with everything. Met me at the driveway, gave me a walkthrough, very detailed instructions with amenities & was very friendly. The bed, omg the bed. I could sleep in it for days. The color scheme between the bed, bathroom & kitchenette was on point. Recommendations for the nearby neighborhood are helpful for anyone staying in the area & is unfamiliar. Sacramento is a 2nd home for me so it was perfect for anyone looking to stay close to a freeway, restaurants, Walmart & grocery store. Highly recommend, planning to come again!!

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything 🙂

Elena’s place was wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and lovely. She has thought of anything a guest might want or need. We will absolutely be back when we come to visit friends in Sacramento.

Cindy's place was exactly as described. We enjoyed checking out Placerville and surrounding areas then coming back to Cindy's to relax and unwind. A perfect getaway week!

Serene & absolutely beautiful everywhere you look. Very Comfortable bed, quiet & so relaxing. Loved how remote, private & out in the country it is. And also close to downtown & stunning hikes to the rushing American River & waterfalls. A must see & visit. Steve was so helpful & responds right away to help. He let me borrow his kitchen oven to bake bread- so nice & welcoming.

Great location, across the street is a bakery, an awesome food coop, and my personal favorite, a great bike shop with great route advice

Cynthia is wonderful and welcoming. I enjoyed having the opportunity to chat with her after I checked in to the property. The studio is comfortable and quiet. The backyard is so pretty and inviting. Loved picking oranges from the gorgeous tree in the garden. Cynthia’s sweet pup, Toby, is a delight and an excellent co-host. I look forward to future stays.

This is hands down the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in! Stacey's place was incredibly peaceful. The yard has a lush garden, cozy fire pit, plush patio chairs, and adorable yard decor. The location of this space is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the country, but you are less than 10 minutes to downtown Auburn! The space is exceptionally clean, has a thoughtful layout, is so stylish and free of clutter. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The couch and bed are so cozy! We LOVED our stay here. Stacey is an amazing host too - she left us a fresh loaf of homemade bread, fresh cut roses, and a hand written card for us when we checked in. Stacey definitely pays attention to all the little details of what makes this place exceptional. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Shane’s place is in a great location. It’s private, quiet and suitable for 1 to 2 people. ( couples). it’s cozy but it needs more brilliant lighting especially in the kitchen area. I opted not to cook because of the lighting. In addition, there’s not a lot of counter space to cook. Unfortunately you can’t leave the doors open for fresh air. The one side has a security screen but it’s not flush to the whole door frame so flies, and bugs can get in. And the other door has no screen. Overall it’s a great place for privacy, it’s safe and the location is ideal.

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

This was our second time staying here! Clean, comfortable and convenient for our trip.

We just spent the weekend here for the Canyons Endurance Run and it was a perfect location! It is about two blocks away from the main street and close to the trails as well. The house was beautiful and comfortable with all the necessities and additional amenities to make us feel at home.

We had a wonderful time at Victors place! he was very accommodating to me, my husband, and my two pets. the place was cozy and had everything you would want. there is some street traffic noise, but its not too bad since the unit is far from the street. I really enjoyed the modern decor and how the backyard was fenced in for my animals. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tina’s place fit my needs perfectly, a convenient location to visit my parents. Tina thought of everything a guest might need. I half expected to open a closet and find a set of clothing in my size. Wonderful stay, thank you!

First, this is a beautiful home. Modern, open, well-appointed, and squeaky-clean. It is on the edge of the Fab 40s, a beautiful neighborhood in East Sacramento. It's a very short (less than 5 min) walk to a coffee shop, bookstore, and restaurants. Nicole was a great host--very responsive and generous! I mentioned we were having my daughter and a few friends over for dinner, and she brought up an extra chair. She let us use a portable speaker, and pointed out the best running routes in the neighborhood. All above and beyond. I enthusiastically recommend this home!

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

Easy check in. Private. Nice to have laundry available. Friendly host!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a really great stay - Russ had responded to all our queries very promptly and was very friendly. Instructions were clear and the place was really nice.

We had a two month stay this winter at this Air BnB. The unit is located on a quiet, safe street with easy access to a variety of stores and shops. Check in was very easy and the host, September, was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no issues during the two months, but I am sure they would have been addressed quickly. The unit itself was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The price is very reasonable for the area. We would certainly stay here again.

Eugene's place was clean, the surrounding area was quite and had plenty of restaurants to choose from. I thought the area would be loud but it was peaceful and got a good night's sleep. Nicely decorated and was able to catch up on a show on Netflix. Great stay, clean and kid friendly space.
