Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Wonderful historic house in the middle of the charming town of Rye. In prime position and beautifully converted for modern use with two great bathrooms and a great kitchen. I highly recommend this property for its beautiful position, its historic charm, and modern conveniences. Becky was very responsive and upbeat.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. A wonderful house in which to relax and enjoy Deal and the surrounding area. The house was perfect with everything we could have wished for and more. Parking was explained and free a few minutes' walk from the house. For a fairly central situation, it was peaceful and calm. Felt sad to leave. Rob met us at the door with the key and we were able to say hello to Emma as we left. They responded to messages really promptly and helped us select a couple of local places to eat which were really successful. Perfect! Thank you

We had a wonderful six days at Steven and Rob’s cottage. Even before our arrival, communication with Steven was very pleasant, and the tips for our stay were really helpful. The cottage is a dream – every room is decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, and it quickly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time. It’s clear how much thought the two of them put into everything. Everything was very clean and carefully arranged. The location is fantastic – it’s just steps from the beach, you can see the sea from the bedroom, and restaurants and shops are within easy reach. We would love to come back and want to say thank you.

Claire and her family’s home is a jewel on the Cliff of St. Margaret’s Bay. Modern, open floor plan, pristinely clean, with the most comfortable beds, this listing is a true gem in one of the most beautiful locations in all of England. Enjoy the hot tub, eat peacefully in the kitchen while looking out on the English Channel or simply sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the healthy sea air. I highly recommend this listing but I ask those looking to book to please respect their home so I can come back to the exact same experience. Claire is very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Had a lovely weekend full of walking and food. The apartment is lovely and exactly how described. Julie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend if you are going to walk the Seven Sisters. We caught a bus from the town down to Seaford and started walking back from there. We opted for the medium route which took us back to the lovely village of Friston, where we had a couple of well earned beers in the garden of the Tiger Inn. We caught the bus back from there which was really convenient.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Emmanuelle's cottage is a real little gem. It is spacious and decorated with taste. Everything has been designed to make sure you have a great time. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor offering all the comforts for people with disabilities. The young people loved the playroom and the kicker. The garden is beautiful. Genevieve who takes care of the welcome is very friendly and gave us valuable advice for our stay. In short, I can only highly recommend this cottage.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We had a very nice stay at Villa les Hauts du Golf. The house is nicely decorated and everything is available. Communication with Arnaud went very smoothly and clear instructions were given.

We came for a weekend with friends. The house is suitable for everyone, children and adults! Nicolas, like the house, is very welcoming and pleasant!

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special.
