Lovely bright apartment, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms on the back of the building away from the road with views of trees and shrubbery. Complimentary milk and croissants were a lovely extra. If coming to Hastings again would stay here and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

If you want sea and beach views together with convenience of being close to town with its various pubs, local bakery and restaurants then this is the place to be. The balcony is great for people watching, sea views and sunsets: the weather was great. Thanks, Josie.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

It’s so lovely when a host provides a few necessities…Stephen goes above and provides a wealth of items!! We had more bread, cereal, jam, croissants etc than we could use. Plus a bottle of proseco 😊. A really nice place to stay. The throw rugs were appreciated on chilly nights. Great communication.

Samen met mijn vriend een heerlijk weekendje weg. De locatie is fantastisch, appartement is licht opgeruimd en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik zou het 100% aanraden en komen zeker terug! Alle tips die we gekregen ook gedaan en vielen niet tegen!

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis is een huis met trappen. Jo had hiervoor gewaarschuwd. We werden dus niet verrast. In het huis miste je niets en alles was schoon en netjes. parkeren was wel een beetje een probleem. Maar uiteindelijk lukte dat goed.

Le séjour chez Marianne s'est très bien passé. Le logement était parfait, bien équipé, très propre, au calme comme nous l'apprécions. L'extérieur est très appréciable. Egalement bien situé par rapport au commerce. Marianne est à l'écoute et répond rapidement à toute demande. Le garage est un plus pour nous pour ranger nos vélos !

Absolutely lovely place to spend a night - from feeding the fish to a quick round of pool, and of course the brilliant facilities on the patio, which couldn't be simpler to use thanks to the helpful instructions. Everything is set up to provide optimum convenience and a warm welcome (like the plentiful fire/BBQ supplies and the eggs and marmalade from Jane's hens, which were both fantastic, so kind!) Jane herself is a wonderful host, and my partner and I highly recommend this listing. Thank you!

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier geweest zijn. Alles prima geregeld. Leuke communicatie met Susan en Jo. Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Broadstairs, waar diverse leuke restaurants en terrasjes zijn. Zeker een verblijf waard, aanrader !!

Excellent Airbnb experience! A most comfortable, perfectly located flat. The Airbnb has everything you’d need and was very clean. Friendly, helpful hosts, I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nic’s beautiful place! Check-in was easy, the booklet provided had very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to operate the various things throughout. The property was beautifully decorated and close to the sea, providing stunning scenery, sounds and smells. Thank you Nic for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future!

Sue was terrific. She could not have been more accommodating when our party of 3 became 4 (to include a young grandson) and she provided us with cereals and goodies for him and a bed guard rail. Her lovely apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortably furnished with excellent quality appliances and fixtures/fittings. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. This is such a great flat if you want to have a fun stay in Margate. The views from the front window is just breathtaking. It’s central and you can walk easily to bars & restaurants as well as Dreamland. With the sun shining it felt like a weekend break in the riviera. Sara is a great host ⭐️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (3jours/2nuits) à Wimereux ! Le logement est parfaitement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, un vrai plaisir dès le réveil ! Tout est conforme à la description, propre, cosy et bien aménagé. L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la côte d’Opale. We had a lovely stay at this apartment the location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach, town, and everything we needed. The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and modern feel. There were a few small maintenance and cleanliness issues that could use some attention, but overall, they didn’t detract from our experience. With a bit of extra care, this place could be absolutely flawless. We’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for a great spot by the sea!

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests.
