Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Folkestone & Hythe District

This is fourth time I have stayed here. I have always found the place to be welcoming and peaceful. Great host

Wir waren als Familie mit 9 Personen in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr grosszügig und hat uns gefallen. Wir genossen den Whirlpool und das grosse Sofa. Die Unterteilung der Unterkunft war für uns als Familie super. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt – einzig: Der Backofen ist nicht der Sauberste.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights to have a little get away together. We felt right at home and very relaxed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Very friendly host and fast replies. :)

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay in Whitstable, The Old School has a convenient location and everything we needed.

We hebben hier een weekend verbleven en kwamen hier volledig tot rust. Het huis was nog beter dan we verwacht hadden. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Aurelie en Benoit waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze verplaatsen voor onze groep een bed naar een andere kamer, zodat de kamerverdeling beter uitkwam voor ons. Ze gaven tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt.We ondervonden tijdens ons verblijf een probleempje met de douche en Benoit heeft dit onmiddellijk opgelost. Het huisje is zeer rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. In het huisje waren ook veel spelletjes aanwezig, waardoor ook de kinderen zich niet hoefden te vervelen. Huisje is netjes onderhouden met duidelijke instructies van alle aanwezige toestellen. Verblijf is zeker een aanrader voor grotere groep met kinderen. Bedankt Aurelie en Benoit, we hadden een fantastisch weekend in jullie huisje !

Le logement de Sandra est parfaitement équipé pour 8 personnes . Il est décoré avec soin et les matériaux sont de qualité. Le jacuzzi intérieur est très appréciable. Le mari de Sandra et sa petite fille ont été très gentils lors de notre arrivée. Sandra a toujours été disponible en cas de questions. Nous recommandons :)

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

Our 2nd stay at this awesome property. It really does need to be experienced to get the full feel for the property. It is huge with so many great spaces and things to do. Really cant recommend Arun's place enough

We booked Alexandre’s place for two families with five children between us - the house was spacious enough for us all, kids loved the lovely dorm room. Big family dinners around the dining table. Bathrooms in two of the double bedrooms don’t have doors which we weren’t used to! But overall a comfortable family stay - thank you

Le site est magnifique et l’hébergement est impeccable, à la fois propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé pour offrir un séjour des plus agréables. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu de séjour de qualité !

Amazon value for money, this place was perfect for what we wanted. Hottub was great, place was lovely, plenty of room and very clean. There's not really anywhere walkable as roads with no paths however there's a business to nearest pub so you can get places, we had a car but wanted a few drinks so we got the bus and was fine. Overall brilliant and would definitely recommend.

Wow! We had a truly wonderful weekend at the Log Cabin, we didn't want to leave.. it is the perfect place to relax and recharge with uninterrupted beautiful views, total privacy and peace & quiet. As a family of four with our dog, the cabin suited us perfectly, the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a fantastic bonus. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew, this was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend!

Beautiful location! Really enjoyed the stay at the barn - it’s a gorgeous space with beautiful hot tub. It has everything you need for a relaxing break and it is very close to the coast. Would def recommend

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful hideaway. The cabin was well equipped. The kitchen had all the basics and all instructions were clear for the heating and the hot tub.

The only down fall is the hot tub was over chlorined and was unattainable because of this.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and as described and seen in the photos. Katie was very helpful with some local food recommendations (would recommend The Fig and White House bakery). Perfect for a quiet getaway and for visiting Rye.
