Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. We feel privileged to have met you and we will return on our next trip to Italy. You are an amazing person and host. Love Steve & Vicki

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Beautiful, peaceful stay. Amazing, secluded location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Lots of great walks around, including the nearby winery. The only downside is it does get rather cold in the stone apartment but during warmer weather the coolness in the apartment would probably be perfect. They provided a portable heater & a hot water bottle though which was nice. Thank you Tebea for being such a lovely host!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

I had a lovely stay at Luca's. he was very responsive and helpful if I had questions. The place is quaint and traditional. very clean and has everything you need!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia's villa in Tuscany! The home was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly hosted — Julia made us feel truly welcome. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, the perfect Tuscan experience. Highly recommend!

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Jolanta and her home are a real discovery! The place is wonderful, immersed in the village of Cetona, with a breathtaking view. Jolanta is as attentive and caring as a real mom. We felt welcomed and pampered and we will definitely be back soon to enjoy the wonderful surroundings more. We absolutely recommend it, we hope to see you soon!!

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

We spent two weeks at Rolando and Patrizia's with our two one-year-old and three-year-old children. The place is absolutely beautiful with a sublime view. They had a lot of little touches for our children throughout the stay. It was always a pleasure to chat with them. Accommodating, very considerate. The kids were always happy to see them. As for the house, it is very nice and easy to live in. The two terraces are a real plus. And again the views filled us throughout our stay.

The house is really beautiful and even better than in the pictures. The house accommodates really nice beds. We really enjoyed the place for 2 weeks and there are a lot of nice things to do in the area. The host and Vanessa are very helpful. They really want you to have the best stay and they even helped us with the repair shop for the car, cause we had car trouble. We really recommend this place to everyone and we hope to stop by one more time

This place is definitely a piece of Tuscany Italy. it will always hold a special place in my wife's and my heart with how beautiful and amazing the house was and the town it is located in. it seemed very well located, close to hot springs, multiple other cities, beautiful country side with horse back riding, world class winery's, ect. She is a great host and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody looking for a one of a kind experience in Italy.

Denyse's place was perfect for our 6 day vacation in Cortona. We wanted a restful spot with easy access for day trips. For 2 couples it was wonderful with one large bedroom and bath on different floors, up to date kitchen and best of all -- the rooftop terrace. Since the place is next to the city wall -- we had sweeping views of the Tuscan valley and the historic buildings. Easy walking distance to plazas and restaurants (be prepared for some uphill). Someone from Together in Tuscany was usually at the Tourist Info center so it was wonderful to stop there and speak to Isabella if we had any questions or issues. . She was very responsive on What's App too. Denyse always responded promptly before and during our visit as well. They also arranged a walking tour of Cortona for us. This place was a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a peaceful and restorative vacation.

Staying at Paola and Nino’s place was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a setting that truly captures the essence of Tuscan magic. It’s incredibly peaceful, with sweeping views and a real sense of privacy, yet close enough to explore charming villages and beaches. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, a real plus during the summer heat. Paola and Nino were the most gracious hosts, warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet also giving us plenty of space. Their three sweet labradors were a lovely bonus! We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!
