A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

We had a really good time in a comfortable house and a stone's throw from Albus Alpacas !

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

It was a great experience, communication easy. The place is spotlessly clean.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We will definitely be back.

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Paola is a great host! Everything was clean and perfect and the view was breathtaking! I 100% recommend!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!
