studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Das 50-qm-Studio ist gut ausgestattet und teilt sich in Flur, Bad und einen sehr geräumigen Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich auf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Your place in the Nature & close to the City

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

Hier zeigt sich Berlin von seiner schönen Seite. Die City-West liegt Ihnen zu Füßen und mit der S-Bahn sind Sie in einer viertel Stunde in Mitte. Auch Messebesucher erreichen leicht ihr Ziel.
