It is incredibly spacious with two king size beds of 1.80 x 2.00 m and two self-contained shower rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There are two large tables and a terrace. The apartment is located in the attic of a private house. A self-check-in is possible.

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.
