This is a 2-unit property, a main house and a converted garage studio. The studio has its own entrance and no access to the house. You can rent both units and have the entire house to yourself. The house has exclusive access to the backyard.

NOT SUITABLE FOR ANY ANIMAL OF ANY KIND This is a quiet, tranquil home with ample space to relax (1300sq ft all to yourself). The space you get is most of the 2nd floor of my home (I'm downstairs). You get a bedroom, an entire living room and a private bathroom. Ask about kitchen use. Walking distance to Target, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of places to eat. Near by is a clean park as well as a walking/bike trail. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Close to highway, Downtown and old town

Guesthouse #2 -

Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is attached to the main house and located on our 1.25 acre property. You are in the country, may hear the roosters, but 5 min. from the city. We are conveniently located 3 min. off of HWY 99. We are also 15 min. from downtown. It has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We have 3 guest houses on on the property. We can not wait to host your next getaway. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES AND CHECK-IN/OUT INFO CAREFULLY.

This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

There is plenty of parking on the street near the house. Parking in front of neighbors is not recommended. The room is located on the second floor of the house, all locks are combination locks, and guests can enter and exit freely. The room comes with a private refrigerator, and the shared area includes a microwave, free coffee and purified water. We apologize for not being able to accommodate other customers considering their dislike of animals and their hair allergies.

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
