Beautiful and comfortable new monoenvironment with full bathroom and placard. A/C and TV. 42m2 with balcony in 13th floor. Spectacular open view to gardens of the fifth of Olivos. The building has a wooded garden in apple lung in the heart of Vicente Lopez. Excellent location close to everything very accessible with transports and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building has a pool, garden and laundry.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The apartment is impeccable, exactly as shown in the photos, and is close to restaurants and markets. Very easy to get to from the airport and other regions. I saw in the comments that it was super complete and that I didn't need to bring anything, but I didn't imagine it was so complete! It had soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, etc. The apartment was clean, everything in place. Access was super easy and practical — Maria sent me a message explaining everything in detail. And since the lock is smart, I didn't have to worry about arranging a time for check-in and check-out. I arrived late at night and left very early, without any problems. It's these little details that make hosting sensational! I'll definitely come back more often!
