Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Flores Island

Dieses wunderschön renovierte alte Landhaus hat schon beim Reinkommen gut nach Holzöl geduftet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Fajãzinha ist ein idyllischer kleiner Ort auf Flores und man kann vom Haus aus die ganzen Wasserfälle zu Fuß erreichen, welche man beim Hinunterfahren zum Dorf sieht. Fajã Grande ist ebenso zu Fuß über einen schönen Wanderweg die Küste entlang erreichbar. Im Ort angekommen, kann man also gut zu Fuß rumkommen, ein Auto ist dennoch unumgänglich. Wir hatten eine wirklich entspannte und tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und auf der Insel und können allen Naturbegeisterten einen Aufenthalt empfehlen! Karina ist supernett, schickt klare Anweisungen und Empfehlungen und reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten.

This is a wonderful and comfortable house in a truly gorgeous location. I stayed with a total of 6 adults and it was spacious and well-equipped. We were able to do some wonderful hikes leaving right out the front door and we were also able to walk to several good restaurants. Listening to the sound of the surf was very peaceful and relaxing. Frederico was easy to communicate with and flexible with some changing plans due to flight delays. We appreciated the breakfast foods, snacks, and beverages when we checked in. I would absolutely come back!

Great spot to stay, it was easy to get around to the different areas on the island from here. Very clean, had everything we needed and a pretty view. Nuno gave us great recommendations of what to do and very good instructions to find the place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Nuno for the hospitality!

Personal muy amable y el lugar bellísimo. Una de la zonas más bonitas de la isla, perfecta para realizar senderismo. Absolutamente recomendable.

Wir waren zu dritt für fünf Nächte bei Anthony und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, haben aber sofort einen Live-Standort bekommen und dann war es kein Problem. Auch sonst verlief die Kommunikation sehr schnell und wir haben zu allen Fragen, auch zur Gegend sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen. Bei drei Schlafzimmern und drei Klos und Duschen ist sehr viel Platz. Die Lage ist super, mit Blick auf das Meer und sehr ruhig, auch wenn im Laufe der Zeit nun mehr Häuser in der Gegend stehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, jedoch abends auch etwas kühler und zugig, was aber an der Jahreszeit liegen könnte. Die Wohnung ist gut und sehr individuell ausgestattet mit vielen Büchern, Filmen und einem Klavier. In der Küche haben wir nur Kleinigkeiten vermisst (z.B. Dosenöffner). Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Unterkunft für entspannte Tage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern in der Nähe - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was just amazing! Communication was quick and thorough, the house is just beautiful and extremely clean, super peaceful with sounds of nature (sometimes dogs and chickens) and views of the ocean. Elizabete, the housekeeper is one in a million, she was super friendly, an amazing cook and knowledgeable about the island. We were very sad to end our time on Flores and looking forward to coming back.
