Barracuda House is a simple and harmonious space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common area (living room and kitchen) and a terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of our garden (still under construction). Barracuda is located in a privileged area, known as the Algarve of Flores, just 10 minutes walk from Poço do Bacalhau, 8 minutes from the natural pools of Fajã Grande and 5 minutes by car from one of the greatest attractions of our island, the Ribeira do Ferreiro Waterfall.

The house takes his name from the “Vigia da Baleia”, the ancient viewpoint where whale-watchers used to observe the passage of whales.

We felt very comfortable with Rosie and Peter from the beginning and enjoyed our stay very much. The two are very hospitable and helpful. We have received many recommendations for the island. The apartment was very clean and in a good location to explore the island. The apartment is also superbly equipped and we lacked nothing. A stay with the two is highly recommended.

Bruno comminicated in a clear way and always within a few hours. The space was comfortable and clean, easy to get to, with street parking right around the corner

Located close to the airport but very quiet and peaceful. Seaview is great and the natural swimming pool are great. Every location on the island is close. It was a very enjoyable discovery.

It was a pleasure to be able to stay in his house. The unbeatable place. 6 minutes away by car from the airport, with internal parking, and from where to access any point of the island in less than 30-40 min. We only had one mishap with the hot water that was quickly fixed. André responded super fast at all times. The common facilities such as the kitchen very well equipped. We are very happy and I recommend it to everyone to visit this wonderful island!

Our stay was just amazing! Communication was quick and thorough, the house is just beautiful and extremely clean, super peaceful with sounds of nature (sometimes dogs and chickens) and views of the ocean. Elizabete, the housekeeper is one in a million, she was super friendly, an amazing cook and knowledgeable about the island. We were very sad to end our time on Flores and looking forward to coming back.

Spotless stay, comfort and cleanliness. The location is very good, it is easy to find it. We were a group of 4 and were at home. As the only glue, some plugs in the house did not work. The rest, everything is perfect. Despite being in front of the airport, there is hardly any airplane noise as very few depart a day. It also has a bar/cafeteria and a grocery store very close by. The communication with the host was great from the start, very attentive to everything we needed. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Casa dos Botes is such an unique and magical place! We visited the Azores for two weeks, but this was the best experience. Feels like your own place on a beautiful spot, with an amazing ocean view. David is the best host, so kind and helpfull. And we share his beautiful perspective on life.
