This is the cleanest Airbnb place that we have ever seen. The beds were comfortable, if a little firm, and the rest of the accommodations were excellent. The only negative is the heating system. There is a heater in the hallway, but no vents in the individual rooms. It was unseasonably cool the first few days of our stay in early May, 40 degrees at night, and we had to leave the bedroom doors open to let in the warm air from the hallway. There are individual space heaters available, and they worked fine, but I am not sure how this would work on a cold winter day. Likewise the AC, it is in the living room ceiling, and does not have any vent to the bedrooms.

A compact kitchen area is presented, featuring a countertop with a sink, cooking utensils, and a two-burner stove. Additional appliances include a microwave and a small refrigerator. Shelves hold various dishware, while a decorative sign reading 'bon appétit' adds a charming touch.

Tracey’s place was great and the perfect size for two to stay multiple nights. We were able to cook and eat at home most nights with the kitchen amenities listed. Her place is right in town if you need to grab food too! Comfy place and the cute animals were a bonus!

Wow - this place is a gem! Beautifully decorated and furnished. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, cozy warm on the cold nights. Ems is a thoughtful host: provided great directions, had snacks and water bottles waiting for us. The location is between Farmington and Aztec on a horse property near the Animas River - very peaceful, quiet, beautiful sunset views. Host is next door.
