Seperate entrance to our home so guests dont get disturbed. A kettle with tea and coffee supplied. We are always available for any advice or concerns. Offas dyke path about 1.5miles away with the option of a lift (pre arranged with extra supplement) The coast, snowdonia, liverpool airport and chester are all within 1hr drive.

If you have your own transport Liverpool is just 20 minutes drive away, Chester 35 minutes and Manchester 60 minutes. You’ll love my place because the rooms are bright, it's in a quiet area, and has warm and friendly atmosphere. We are used to having guests here and would like you to feel it is your home from home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.

Great location, comfy brand new bed. Ideal for anyone who wants a good nights sleep and/or has to get some work done. House is modern / clean and well equipped in a nice village. Best value room and trusted co-guests only too. Room has a lock (inside and out) and the property has security cameras externally too. This is generally my main home too. Great for a worker/shift worker or local tourist or if you are between accommodations.

Kris was very helpful and friendly. The house was clean, peaceful and I felt at home. The other lodgers were great people with a great smile and a chat whenever we met at the kitchen. Nice place overall and I will definitely use Kris' place again.

Great place to stay! The area was perfect with local shops just a 15 minute walk away. The house was always beautiful and clean. There’s everything you could need for cooking meals in the kitchen. Karen (and Magenta) was a lovely and helpful host who provided us all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Overall we had a really good time :)

The room was perfect. Super clean, dog friendly and a picturesque view over the fields. Menna was present on arrival and helped us into our room. The smart TV is a great touch to be able to unwind and watch Netflix or Prime (not that we spent much time watching tv with those views!) sitting out on the balcony on a warm spring evening was beautiful. Would recommend and stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Creamery! The place itself was beautiful, and the hot tub was an added bonus! Thomas was polite and always on hand with helpful tips of where to go to and places to eat, which was useful being new to the area. The freshly baked bread on arrival was a lovely touch too :) Overall, a very pleasant stay and we hope to return sometime in the summer.

My partner & I spent the Easter weekend here. We were seeking somewhere cosy, private & with a hottub to escape to tranquility. This find did not disappoint and we had the most relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable stay here. It is also perfectly located to have plenty to do if you're looking for a base to fill your days visiting Snowdonia. There are some fantastic restaurants a short drive away and on the edge of beautiful scenic walks. Thomas is a great host, friendly, very informative, helpful and a good SOH. We made use of the sauna zen room for a day coupled with the hottub and fire pit it was like a mini spa day without leaving the accommodation. We hope to return with family in the summer to explore all the vast variety of activities in the local area. Loved our stay here and I'm confident others would too.
