We enjoyed our stay and the location was near enough to the city and the Albert Docks. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We would recommend and Nicci was very responsive to any queries that we had.

This apartment is all about the spectacular views - from every window. It's a personal space, comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Stay – Great Location & Felt Safe! Our stay at this AirBnB was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore and easy to get around. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The accommodation itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect with the accommodation. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing. The place fully met all our needs, and we really enjoyed the calm surroundings. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. Nicky was very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this place!

Great modern property overlooking the beach and with views of Liverpool and life on the Mersey. The dog loved looking out the French doors to the street and beach below….our garden clearly not as interesting since we returned! We chose this property due to the beach side location but was also easy to access Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert (we chose to Uber but train would also have been a good option). Off-road parking with assigned bay was also an added bonus. Our only issue was that we struggled to operate the (very modern) oven but our techno-savvy daughter was able to rescue us before we had to ask for help! A great stay and we shall definitely return again.

Would highly recommend Paul as a host, keeps in contact from date of booking until arrival , very knowledgeable, fantastic recommendations, like the Berry and Rye Bar. Paul’s welcome folder full of useful information, I would say well worth a read. Ie Berry and Rye was in the folder. Looking forward to a return visit to continue our way through his folder.

Amazing location to switch off and relax. The place is pretty basic which is fine but it needs a bit of TLC. Would be great to have the wood at the house and not having to ask for it all the time. Worth visiting for sure for the location and views/walk around the private estate.

I stayed for only 2 nights and instantly regretted not booking for even longer we went for a family get together and we were all so blown away at how big it was but also so homey. it was great that the beach was only a couple of minutes away so we could nip back and forth. Helen was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything, not that we did. overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again

Lovely hidden gem! Tucked away but so close to everything, we loved staying here. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 bigger kids. Beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of additional touches like the very thoughtful welcome basket - very much appreciated. River views are beautiful, especially from the balcony on a sunny morning. We loved our daily wander into Chester via Grosvenor Park or by the river for a slightly longer a scenic route. Jaunty Goat was a favourite for breakfast, and we wandered round the walls to The Architect pub for a nice drink, but so many options within the city. Super handy Waitrose is just across the road. We even managed to tuck our fairly big car into the parking space (we were warned it was tight but it was totally fine with a bit of mirror manoeuvring). Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming orchard cottage in North Wales. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is beautifully presented. spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The location is stunning, nestled in peaceful countryside with breathtaking views, yet just a short drive from local towns, scenic walking routes, and the coast. We especially loved the peaceful tranquil of the surrounding areas. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and even leaving a few special touches for our arrival that made us feel so appreciated. We had a truly perfect stay at Natalia’s lovely house by the marina. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches — from the welcome basket to the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and peaceful, the bathroom sparkling clean, and the whole place felt warm and inviting. We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood and the stunning views just steps away. Natalia was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Everything was exactly as described — if not better. Highly recommended!

Siobhan was an excellent host for our recent 2 day stay in Liverpool. All instructions were very clear and she went the extra mile to ensure we had a smooth check-in and made the most of our stay. The house itself is tidy, spacious, and well set out offering good value for money, whilst the location offers a nice balance between being beside the waterfront and the city centre itself. Would certainly book again on future visits to Liverpool and would happily recommend to others.

Over the years we have stayed in many holiday rentals and this was easily the best. The location is truly beautiful and we really didn't want to leave. Jo's instructions on how to find her house were easy to follow and accurate. The house is very stylish and bed linens and towels were top quality - in fact everything in the house is top quality. We will definitely return and there can be no higher recommendation than that.

Ann's/Sue's, riverside apartment was perfect for what we needed. was very clean and perfectly furnished. we meet Sue who showed us around and gave us all the details we needed for our stay. Sue's recommendation for places to go and see was top notch. we walked along the riverside to the local Albert docks, bars and restaurants. we visited the city centre and had a great time. the cavern club was a highlight. also we recommend the hot water comedy club we had such a good night and laughed so much. if you need a break in a great city of Liverpool we can't recommend Ann's place enough. perfect and we will definitely be staying again. especially as there still so much Liverpool have to offer for a great city getaway.

This is a wonderul apartment with stunning views out to sea. Perfect for a weekend break or time to just relax either at the apartment with its great balconies or as a base to explore the Wirral and into Liverpool. Big and spacious, excellent kitchen, very large bedrooms and comfortable beds and a great large TV to watch films and sport on. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended. Just not for the weekends we want to come back!

Me and my husband just stayed here and if I could give 10 stars if I would, honestly was so beautiful and clean! 🤩😍 such lovely views and walks!! The balcony views were the best! Can see for miles!! We had a wonderful stay, a comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the marina. It was very peaceful but just 20 minutes walk from all the main waterfront attractions. Parking was easy and Sarah was a helpful and responsive host.

Superb location & views. A lovely touch was the provision of several breakfast items. Comfy bed & excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommended.

Fantastic in every way, it exceeded our expectations (which were high!). The apartment was stunning, with great thought obviously given to looks, comfort and practicality. Everything about it was generous. Amazing views, peaceful and yet so close to all amenities, buses and trains. A very special place.
