Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. We stayed here for a few days whilst visiting. Although we knew the Wirral, we were less familiar with the old village side of Heswall. With beautiful views over the Dee to North Wales, this property is comfortable and well presented, as well as being spotlessly clean. There is a pub literally across the road, and local village shops a few minutes' walk away. There are good walks along the Wirral Way ( a disused railway line) within a few minutes of the house. We lived our stay there and would thoroughly recommend the property and Lisa's hosting.

Wow, we have just got back from our holiday and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at! The house is beautiful, absolutely spotless, finished to a very high standard, very homely with plenty of space. The location is very peaceful with very comfy beds & great pressure from the shower. The jacuzzi is brand new and HUGE and we loved using it after a busy day exploring and going for walks. We enjoyed days out to Conwy, Betws-y-Coed, Talacre Beach and Moel Famau. We also had a lovely meal at the local gastro pub the Druid Inn. Christopher & Paul are lovely hosts, they left us a very generous welcome basket including butter, bread, milk and treats, which was very kind of them. We met them briefly at check in & Christopher was very attentive and helpful during our stay, checking via message that we were happy with the heating, letting us charge the car which was much appreciated, they also let us check in early on arrival so we could make the most of our stay! Thanks again :-)

We absolutely loved staying at Lindsey’s place. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged and so homey. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and honestly it was a dream. There was a high chair, toys to play with, books to read. An enclosed garden with a swing and a slide (a thrilling favourite). Little details like soft carpet on the stairs and around the patio doors and a back door that could be opened at the top but not the bottom so we could get some air but contain the toddler. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Lindsey!

Had a 1 night stay on our way further south and will definitely be returning to stay again, we arrived to a piping hot hot tub and was greeted by the host and shown how to use various bits and bobs. One little disappointment although not enough to spoil anything was in the pictures it shows a gas BBQ but has a normal one that requires coals so we came equipped to eat but with no charcoal so unfortunately wasn’t able to enjoy a BBQ at site, on the flip side it forced us to eat at the Griffin pub 1.2 miles away, very welcoming friendly staff and food I’ll travel back for 5⭐️ food 5⭐️ staff All in all a fantastic night away put the BBQ issue aside and and a perfect stay in beautiful surroundings, a very happy customer 👍👌

We had a lovely weekend at the caravan. Tina and her husband were wonderful, responsive and super helpful hosts. The caravan was absolutely spotless and was so homely, we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It’s on a lovely quiet spot in the holiday park. The children loved the swimming pool, playground and mini golf and we had some lovely walks nearby. We hope to return for a second visit!

Ondanks dat het weggetje naar de B&B van Adolf heel smal is, was het toch niet zo moeilijk om te vinden. Het is wel wat schuren tegen de hagen met een bredere auto. Voor de rest was het een prima verblijf, een heel leuke veranda en een fijn huis! Een aanrader!

Crown Cottage was a charming place to stay on my first visit to Ruthin. Warm, comfortable, cosy and central for exploring town. I enjoyed a superb creative workshop at Ruthin Craft Centre, visited the gallery and cafe there. Town has lots of friendly independent shops and places to eat all within walking distance of the cottage. I recommend staying here in a unique 14th century home in beautiful North Wales.
